They do a great job on the carpets! However, they came almost 2 hours earlier than we were planning, which proved difficult as we dealt with our customers and tried to run our business at the end of the day.

The service provider was on time. I was called 15 min prior to him coming. He worked quickly and explained what he was doing prior to and following the cleaning. He also had me inspect each item when completed to insure satisfaction.
The carpet looks better then it has for a long time
A smaller tile cleaning machine or attachment to reach underneath the cabinets and dishwasher is needed to clean thoroughly. You can now see where the machine couldn't get under and now I will have to hand scrub it. Also, the technicians did wear booties on their shoes, but they walked in water from the tile machine and then back out my house so they tracked that water around, too. I would suggest cloths or tarps from front door to where the tile is being cleaned as the hose was dragged through the wet kitchen and then back out my living room front door, leaving my brand new flooring and rugs wet. Seems that could have been prevented.
