the stairway stayed wet for more than 24 hrs
Cost for pet treatment was way too high. Cost for cleaning an area rug was twice that of a room.
I have recommended Zerorez to many friends and family. We have used your services multiple times for our home and also our business in Draper, however this last experience was disappointing. I called for the 3 rooms for $33 deal and added a stairway and protectant. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am. Around 8:30 I received a call telling me that someone had called in sick and my appointment would need to be bumped back. Because I work and its hard to schedule things like this, I didn't want to reschedule for another day. By the time the technician finished up and left around 12:45 pm I was 2 hours late for work. This was just one of the problems. Next, never in the multiple times I have had Zerorez clean my carpets have I had a technician pull out his tape measure and tell me my rooms were too big to qualify for the $33 deal. Never. He measured my bedroom at 220 square feet, not taking into consideration that my king size bed and dresser probably compensated for more than 20 square feet. Then my family room measured 265. Fine. Im over by 85 Sq. Ft. So in order to get my third area (120 sq ft) cleaned he said I would have to pay the 2 room rate for being 85 sq feet over the first two rooms. I told him to bag it and just clean the two rooms. Mind you, I still got charged for three rooms. Then I started thinking about it and felt like I needed to call and get some clarification on just HOW you bill people. Is it by the room (up to 200 sq ft) or by square foot? Your customer service rep, who by the way was very nice, explained that the moment you go over 200 sq ft, the price goes up to a 2 room rate. So if i have 220 sq feet of carpet to be cleaned, I'm paying the same price as someone needing 400 sq feet cleaned??? Just doesn't seem right. In my humble opinion, you need to charge per square foot OR by room. If you charged by sq foot I would have three rooms with clean carpet, instead of two. If you charged by room, I would have three rooms with clean carpet instead of two. Instead, you've morphed two conflicting billing policies into one that doesn't make sense if you actually think about it. OR you could just have your technicians make common sense judgements (like they always have in my past experience with them) about if a room is WAY oversized then yes, charge the two room rate. But if it looks pretty close, and the client has been a loyal customer, leave the tape measure in the van and clean the carpets. Thank you for your time. I hope my feedback will help with future issues you may have. By the way, the carpets look great as usual!

Eric was VERY professional,respectful & efficient while in our home. I can't say enough good things about how great he was or how great my carpet looks! I will defiantly use Zerorez in the future.
It wasn't really soaking wet as other ways to clean carpets. It was fast to be completed. Friendly and professional staff.

I liked the cleaning job. The carpets look great.
What I didn't like was: The manager came to check on the one who was cleaning the carpets - I thin his name was Eric. But I heard two people talking and wondered who he could be talking to. The manager had walked into my house without being invited in by me. Granted, my doors were open because of the hoses, but I still think he should have knocked and come to the front door where I would have been happy to let him in.
I also didn't like that my original appointment was supposed to be about 3:15 on Monday. I got a phone call about 3:30 on Monday that said he had another 1 1/2 hours at the job he was doing and probably would' not be at my house until about 5:30 or 6. Who wants to go to bed with sopping wet carpets? But I do like how the carpets turned out.

The technician that came to house was very professional. He did a great job and was well informed. My wife thinks that she was told one price for protectant and was charged a different price, but overall it was a good experience.
Every time I've had Zerorez clean my carpets, I've seen fantastic results and have been pleased with the service. It looks and feels clean!

Carpets get very clean without a strong chemical odor. Drying time is also faster.

Wow--- the carpet is actually clean, even in the high traffic area. I've had this carpet cleaned by other carpet cleaning services in the past and they'd always given reasons why spots in some areas could not be removed. Zerorez got those same spots out without special work. In addition, they gave me a time frame two days before for arrival, called me about 1/2 hour before they'd arrive, and arrived on time. The tech was Juan, and he was very nice and explained everything.

Donald? said that the process would leave the carpet clean even if the stains didn't come out. After he left, I rubbed an area with a clean, light colored towel. It came up filthy. I had to put all the furniture back that evening. Both my wife and I are very disappointed

I have always used a local carpet cleaner for my home. I was disappointed in how I was treated with your company. I scheduled a week in advance for a morning appointment. I arranged for a babysitter for my two kids who could only watch them until 2 o'clock. I received confirmation that I had the second appointment which would be 10 o'clock. I never heard from your company and I called many times and I was told I was the fifth appointment at 4:00 PM. I was not happy and they rearranged it so the cleaner could be here at one. I waited and waited and kept looking out my window and I saw your company vehicle pull away from my house. I called again and I got no response from your service department. About an hour later I finally got someone to call and the technician was on his way. I was home the entire day yet I did not hear the technician when you came the first time. By this time I had both my kids home and was very frustrated. Your technician was very nice but I'm not very impressed with the actual cleaning. Overall I am very frustrated with your company and I didn't seem to get any sympathy or help unless I asked
Didn't contact the correct phone number before coming so someone could unlock our building for cleaning. Entered through our employees only door, when stated in the invoice, the carpet cleaner knew no one was in the building and tried to enter any way.
The quality of the service is phenomenal and lots of attention to doing the job right.

Lower the cost a little. This cost 4x what I paid a competitor recently. I can only hope it's 4x better!
