The carpet is very clean and stays clean longer than any other cleaning I have had.
I felt a little like you were nickel and dimming me. Your prices should be listed as one thing if there are extra fees.
Like the water disposal. I also hate the fact that I had to have a $100 minimum. I would be more willing to have this company come more often if I didn't have to have the entire house done each time.
I just like how clean everything feels and looks. There is no sticky residue or shading on the fabric like it wasn't completely clean.
No stiff carpets
The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. I like that the floor is cleaned very well without harmful chemicals.
Your communication with me including your office and the technician was stellar, I didn't feel like I had to sit around and wait all day as I pretty much knew when he was coming.
He was fast and efficient and checked with me throughout the cleaning process to make sure that I was satisfied which I was.
The carpets came out much cleaner than I thought he would be able to get them, they almost look brand new. And everything smelled delightful.
I was a little surprised that the Tecnician wasn't able to or just didn't try to remove a coffee stain from one of the rooms he was cleaning. He did say that coffee stains were difficult and that they don't come out. I find this a little odd since your company has been cleaning my carpets for some time now and have away gotten stains outnthatnare far more serious than coffee. The house that you cleaned is my son and daughter in laws and they were a little disappointed, especially since I paid the $200 for the cleaning.
The steps look much better after the return visit. The couch however is still streaked.

Always amazed at the great job the technicians work magic on the carpet.
The carpet dries quickly and there is zero residue. Other commercial carpet cleaners we have used dry very slowly and the carpet doesn't seem as clean.
I like that the operator explained the process and didn't rush the job. The carpet though over six years old cleaned up quite well. I knew there were places that weren't ever going to look new because of an old bleach spill. That being said, I was pleased with the job.
Carpet is not crunchy after drying-technician was very professional in his words and actions-carpet looks great after cleaning and did not take forever to dry!

when done carpets look and feel clean
My carpets cleaned up well and I like the results. In setting up the appointment we wish we would have been told about the additional fee for pets ($50 per room in addition to the $33 per room cleaning fee) and also it was not discussed that if we had backed out of having our carpets cleaned we would be charged $109.00. So what we though we be a total of $145.00 turned into $350.00.
Getting my dirty carpets clean and they stay clean constitutes a miracle

process of cleaning carpets before starting, (most
companies don't explain much of anything anymore).

Provide clearer price quotes on your duct cleaning, but does describe the cleaning, the protectant, etc. Your website doesn't have duct cleaning prices. When I called, I was quoted a price of $350 (during two different phone calls) for duct cleaning, and given information about the cleaning process. It wasn't until the technician was at my home that there was any mention of an extra charge for the protectant. I would have liked to have that information up front so that I could make a more informed decision on the cleaning process.
No soaps.
The only reason I would not give a 10 is the expense.
