The door was not locked upon the rep leaving.
I thought the cleaning was great but I didn't like how the Tech didn't wear shoe covers in my house. I'm trying to get my carpet clean not track other peoples germs into it.
Gonzalo was very professional and came out several months before we had the service done to see if our carpet was good candidate for cleaning or just needed replaced. He treated a small area in a high traffic zone to see what we thought. After we had some sheetrock work done on the house, we had him come back and do the whole house because the small area treated still looked good!! The house looks a 100% better!

Gonzalo explained the product and what it does. He gave me options and prices that were very helpful to determine what I should do. He was extremely knowledgeable which I appreciate. The only downside is that once I laid the carpet down in the living room I could still smell the dog urine which is why I called zero rez in the first place. It still smells.
Over all was good My pet stains did not come out at all we did have the enzyme pet treatment done in one room. disappointed after paying 125.00 for not have the results we thought we would get

Far too expensive. I didn't want or need entire basement done. I told technician to only check for pet spots. When he was finished, he told me he took care of it. But he charged us for four rooms down there. We only asked for my daughter's room to be done and the main hallway if it needed it. I was not aware I was being charged $250 for pretreatment either. He told me of two options, and I picked one but was never told I would be charged for it. I think we had a communication issue. I love the couch being cleaned but think $250 is a lot for that.
The carpets took days to dry. I thought Zero Rez dried quicker than other carpet cleaning companies? Not true in our case. But may have had to do with all the pretreatment? I have no idea. Anyway, we paid almost $1,000. My husband would be so mad if he knew we pad that.
I am very pleased with how clean my carpets look. The technician did a wonderful job.
There was a dried bit of food on my front room carpet that I could have gotten better with a hot rag and water. Other areas of the house look great but I was greatly disappointed that this was there still. There's no way he cleaned that spot good. It make me wonder what else is lurking in other areas of my carpet. Very disappointed. Maybe come clean it again, and do a more thorough job. But I don't know if that would make up for it.

A bit expensive
The service was amazing, the carpet turned out so great! The only reason I marked an 8 instead of a 10 is because I live in Spanish Fork and there was a minimum of $150 that had to be spent to come here is all.
The carpets were done very well. I thought it was a little expensive.
I'm just waiting to see how long the carpets stay looking clean. I've wanted to try your company because of the ads about no chemicals/soaps so they stay cleaner looking longer. I want to see if that is true. I don't know if it's just my carpets but they took much longer to dry than the technician said. Almost every carpet cleaner I've used has told me the carpets would be dry in 4-5 hours. It's taken at least 24, sometimes up to 36. My particular technician talked to me several times during the process about how it worked, etc. For me, it was a little too much contact and information. I just needed the job to get done so I could get going on the rest of my day. They do look really great right now, especially the edges of the stairs. I was impressed that he got those so clean.
Kind of expensive
The technician did a super job cleaning the carpets, which were badly in need of cleaning. He worked quickly and the carpets were completely dry the next morning.

Maybe in your scheduling. The first person to call spoke very poor English. Wasn't sure what she was saying! Second caller was spoke very good English! Job was well done!

I have 4 emails that say my "Appointment time" was 9:00 a.m. At 9:40 a.m., I called and left a message because no one was here and I had not heard from anyone. At 10:10, I called and spoke with a lady that said that the 9 a.m. was an estimate and would find out where the technician was. He was late because the first appointment had him do a lot of extra. He arrived at 11:30. Did an excellent job ---I just would have liked to have known where he was when he wasn't here at the "appointed" time.

Not happy with the results of the cleaning a lot of areas missed. to much water left in areas. took four days for some areas to dry. I think other methods of cleaning work so much better. not happy with the hidden costs. was not told it would cost 9.00 to add solution to the water. I was much more happy with other cleaners work and cost. Zer0rez is far to expensive and not worth it.
