I have always just had carpet and tile cleaned and been very happy, however the upholstery cleaning was better than I expected, i was going to toss the chairs, now I'm keeping them they look so fresh and new.

One 18 inch by 3 foot strip of carpet was not cleaned at all.

I love that Zero Rez makes my carpet look new again. It stays clean longer and dries faster. I was so happy with the results of my carpet cleaning this time. The technician
worked really hard and made sure everything was to my satisfactory. There is cheaper prices out there but I am never as satisfied as I am when I use Zero Rez.

Make sure to use the machine on high traffic areas. The first tech that came out didn't and left the carpet matted down with more water.

Excellent Cleaning

Friendly Service and I like that you clean with water. It doesn't leave your carpet feeling hard with soapy residue.

The service was thorough. My carpet is very clean, and it was very dirty. I am appreciative.

I understand that not all stains are removable, however we had you come clean because of a new puppy that we have had for a few months. The urine stains have lightened in many areas and is much better than before,however many are still pretty visible. We even paid more for the pet guard and had to pay double as the room was apparently too big to be counted as one room. I just wish the stains had come out more. I am beginning to think the pet guard really didn't do anything...there was not odor to begin with.

You must have over booked the day. My technician was great but he didn't arrive until 5:30 pm. Not good.
Also, whoever made my appointment had my name way wrong and my address incorrect. The tech had to call me to find out where I lived. So not good. When the person called to confirm my appointment I gave them the right name and address but the tech still didn't have the correct info.

The technician did an amazing job for us. He worked so hard to get the filthy carpets in the home we just purchased looking as good as new. I was shocked. I did not expect them to come clean. They looked fantastic when he was done. We would highly recommend Zerorez to others.
