Most of the spots in my carpet have all resurfaced one week after my carpet was cleaned. It's disheartening.

Process explained reasonably well and was unobtrusive; before-and-after pictures could have been more numerous, but it's not clear whether more could have been taken.

The service technician was very polite and communicated very well. Initially after cleaning the carpets and especially in the high traffic areas we could see a significant improvement. Our final opinion on the overall success of the cleaning will be after we see how well the high traffic areas hold up in several weeks.

You need to make your technician arrival time clearer. I was informed that my house was the 4th house of the day. That does not tell me anything about when to expect them.

All natural, no build up

I have used Zerorez twice and each time it has been a very pleasant experience. The technicians have been great - it was Jonah this time - and he was very, good, and didn't even "wince" when he saw my terrible traffic paths. He is a fine young man and I was very surprised when I learned he was only 19. The carpet dries fast and is soft to the touch so there is no crunchiness from chemical residue. I have recommended Zerorez to many of my friends and family. Thank you for your great service.

Very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. Tech was very knowledgeable, and made sure he paid special attention to the trouble spots.

The technician told me up front that he might not be able to get some areas clean due to carpet wear patterns. But, when he was "done" my living room carpet and stairs didn't look any different. I asked him if he could go over it again and he said, "If I do, it won't look any different and your carpets will just get wetter." I made it clear that I was dissatisfied with how the carpet looked and he spent almost 30 minutes telling me about how superior Zerorez is and that my carpets are just old. In fact he said, "I guarantee that your carpets are clean, they just don't look like it." So, I paid him and on he went. I was still not convinced that my carpets were actually clean, so I got an old, white t-shirt and ran it across the still wet carpet. The t-shirt came out very gray. I immediately called Zerorez back to express my disappointment and the gal on the phone apologized and said that the technician should have gone over my carpet a second time like I had asked him to. She arranged for him to come back later that afternoon. I asked him if he had a hand tool that he could use on the stairs like I've had another company do and he said, "No. But, I guess I could use my upholstery tool." Oh, good idea, man. He pre-treated the dirty areas again and this time brought in some kind of agitating machine and redid my living room and stairs. They came out MUCH better. I said to him, "Looks much better, don't you think?" but he didn't answer me. He was polite. Generally, I feel that the job I got from Zerorez was inferior. I've had my carpets professionally cleaned by another company who paid much better attention to detail - did my stairs with a hand tool the FIRST time, actually cleaned ALL of my exposed carpet (I found a lot of dry areas after the technician left), and used a carpet rake when they were done to make my carpets look pretty. If the technician had taken the 30 minutes to go over my living room carpets one more time like I had asked rather than talk to me about how great Zerorez, I might have had a different experience.

We have used Zerorez before and have been very pleased. We have had Isaiahs and he has done a great job. We were very disappointed in the job that was just done. The technician this time got the job done very quickly and he was very nice. The vacuum job was not very complete. I know stairs are hard to do but we had yellow marks where the dirt had been. Our family room still had some spots that should have been easy to spot treat and get rid of. We will have Zerorez come again but we will have Isaiahs come or watch a little closer as the job is being done. We were disappointed. Thank you.

I like that it is chemical free. The man who cleaned my carpet was very professional. This was my first time using zerorez and he took the time to educate me on everything. I really appreciated the time he took and did a wonderful job.
