The last area cleaned, and the dirtiest--the living room--still looks less than expected in some areas. Granted they are high traffic areas, but normally the room looks great after you have cleaned.

Pricing was not totally disclosed upfront. Also You were charging me $120 for a couch, $200 for two chairs and then $100 for scotchgurd. I had to look and talk to someone about the scotchguard protection and I find out that you don't guarantee anything with that. Paying $420 to clean and scotchguard a couch and two chairs is probably more than the couch cost. I wanted to clean the furniture and scotchguard it so I would get the same warranty I have from RCWilley on a couch set I purchased from them with scotchguard. If i get a stain they will clean it free. You don't do anything for me.
Your carpet cleaning was good, but it is really expensive even after the discount I received. I will really have to think about it next time.
That the carpet dries so much quicker than most carpet cleaning systems.

EXCELENT THE TECFH WAS FIRST CLASS
Jimmy left here, after cleaning my carpets and stairs, at 10:30AM saying that it would be 5:00 PM before the carpets would be dry to walk on. At 9:00 PM the bedroom carpet was still soaking wet and the rest of the house was still in various stages of damp. If it takes 24 hours to dry the carpet and padding I would like to have know ahead so I could make plans to be out of my home for that period of time. Lou Jean Last name removed

The technicians, Isaiah and Matt, were wonderful! They were very polite and very friendly. I appreciated the care they took to protect my furniture and other floors. They were also able to get the stains off of the edges of my stairs! I have been trying unsuccessfully for a very long time to get those stains out!
It cleans the floor very good, and gets strains up. They were on time and got it finished quickly.
My carpets always come cleaner than with other cleaning companies and they stay cleaner longer. I also loved how clean my kitchen tile and grout looked after they were cleaned.

Jonah was great! He went over the traffic areas & my pizza sauce spot & it looks much better! He made sure to get it as dry as possible before leaving & left a fan to continue the drying. If he would have been our first technician we would have been very happy. I'm glad he was sent out to fix it! Thank you Jonah!! :-)
