I was very grateful for the pleasant and patient customer service in answering all my questions when setting up my appointment! We love the use of no detergents or chemicals in Zerorez's cleaning process and take comfort that the carpet is left really clean.
Our carpets are cleaner than with any other company we've used! They look beautiful and stay clean longer. Other companies have been very good about coming back to re-do areas that we weren't satisfied with, but with Zerorez we've never had a reason to ask them to re-do an area. Beautiful work, polite and professional workers; we couldn't be happier!
The tech did a good job. The price was a little high for the area I had cleaned.

There is an area of spray on all of my furniture in the rooms that were being treated. I now have to clean all of my furniture off. I don't remember this from last time. It's 6 inches to a foot high on all surfaces.

It get's the dirt out of my carpet like no other service can. 10 days after your service my carpets still look good and not worse than before like I've had with other companies. Adam was such a great person to work with. I felt he was honest and fair and did such a terrific job!
This was our first time using Zerorez. After hearing so much about Zerorez from PK on 1280 the zone, we decided to give it a try. Our carpet had several bad stains from spills. Our service man was able to get them all out and make the carpet look new again. We were also pleased that our carpet dried so quickly. We definitely will use them again and recommend Zerorez to all our friends.

May be too early to tell, but so far the carpets look cleaner. They did not dry as fast as I thought they would, but they do look cleaner. The technician came on time, was efficient, professional, and thorough. I give the tech very high ratings!!! It is an expensive service so that is why I gave a 9. I would only allow my first name to be used for the request below.

Despite being 2 hours late for the appointment, I was very impressed with how well your technician cleaned our tile floors and the carpet on the stairs. Your mantra of "no residue" is absolutely true! I will have Zerorez back at my home next year for an annual cleaning - just try to be on-time.

great job from start to finish
The technician was great and the carpet looks good. It would've been nice to have an accurate cost before they came. Some of the rooms were slightly larger than 200 sq. ft and it doubled the cost for each room. I don't think that's right. I think if the additional square footage added up to another room, then charge me for another room...not three rooms. My bill we $100 more than anticipated. That's not right.

Your advertising and billing is deceptive, and your response to our inquiry was almost combative. The invoice indicated that you cleaned 3 rooms (for a total of $99), in addition to an additional landing @15. You only cleaned 2 rooms (plus the landing, which is 4' X 8'). Upon inquiry (by phone) we were told that our rooms were each over 200 square feet, which is absolutely false. The living area measures 174 square feet, and the bedroom area cleaned was much smaller than that (since most of the area is taken up by the bed, two large dressers, two large chairs, and an etagere. The individual on the phone said that you consider the entire room, even though most of the carpet is not cleaned. We have used Zerorez for MANY years, and have never have experienced this type of pricing, nor the argumentative response and attitude by employees. We are aware that there are other Zerorez franchises in the area, and we will be using them in the future.
A very dirty carpet looks very nice. On time for the appointment. Carpet dried in a very short period of time.
