That it doesn't leave a chemical smell and my carpet doesn't feel crunchy
Your scheduling is a mess. WE received a commitment from you that you would be at our home at 11:30 AM last Tuesday. We would be available only from 11;00 to 2:00 PM. you said you could do this without difficulty. Well, he finally arrived at 100 PM . We had to ask a neighbor to come over and be in our home for the hour longer it took after we had to leave. The carpet cleaning was very good (except for a couple of spots that were particularly bad, You are coming back to do that and we thank you for doing so) but the scheduling was terrible.
I like the courteous and professional manner in which your workers do the work.
We also have always been pleased with how clean and good our carpets look after their visits.

Extremely impressed with Zerorez. I was able to get a timely appointment just before Thanksgiving. Our technician, JEREMY, was punctual,courteous,and extremely knowledgable in stain removal ,and explained the chemistry behind stain composition and what it takes to remove particular stains. I have pets and I am so impressed that all the pet stains were removed. These are the same stains other carpet cleaners could not remove. My home was left with a fresh ,clean,light orange scent which I loved 😃 I Would highly recomm Zerorez !!!
Service people were very nice and asked me how the carpets looked after they finished each area. The carpets looked very clean and dried in a good time frame. They also helped me move a couple pieces of furniture.
We have used zerorez before and have always been very satisfied. We had other companys come and it was a horrible experience. We had some problems with our last visit but Ryan came out and made us very happy customers again -- he was very efficient and explained what he was doing. Your company is very lucky to have people like Ryan and I have to mention Nicki who answers the phone. She was so kind and compassionate and went the extra mile to help us out. You almost lost us. I have two people who are calling to make appointments because of our recommendation - in fact one has already called and made the appointment.

I am a designer, and I sold my client on protecting her light colored sectional with micro seal. During delivery, the delivery guys left a dirty, greasy spot on the back of the sofa. They technicians came out and removed the stain. It looks perfect. It was a good advertisement for the micro seal. The stain probably would not have come out if the sectional had not been sprayed.

I had your company come out last year to clean my couch and was very impressed! This year the person who came out, when spraying the cleaner on my carpet, got spray on my built in cabinets. It's not easy to clean off. I also had to stop him and ask him to not be hit my trim that we recently replaced and freshly painted. He was very nice, but felt like he didn't pay attention to the way he was cleaning. I also have a big chunk of wood that came out of my trim on our bedroom door, probably from hitting it with the cleaning vacuum. My advice would to educate your employee's on being more careful and respectful to other people's home's, while cleaning them.
You are able to make my carpets look new again!
