Quickly dried carpet
Zerorez did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. All the spots we had are completely gone. Other carpet cleaners did not get out some of our spots. Our cleaner, Juan, was friendly, professional and thorough and did a great job very efficiently.
Clean with no residue
Haven't used you before. We'll see if the carpet stays clean longer with no soap.

I was scheduled from 12-2, and no one came until after 3:00. By the time they were done it was dark outside and we had wet carpets we had to walk on for the rest of the evening. The carpets weren't cleaned very well, and in high traffic areas it didn't even seem to make the slightest difference. In our large area there were several spots that weren't even wet, and I found multiple areas that still had some sort of gunk in them. We paid to have the tile done, and it looked great except they COMPLETELY missed ALL of the edges of the room. The only request I had for upstairs was one spot where there had been a spill, and the cleaner just told me afterwords that, "It just didn't want to come out". I am not happy with the results, and feel I have completely wasted the ridiculous price it cost to get this done. I was planning on going with another company before, but was helped by an employee who gave me several "discounts" in order to get me to keep my appointment. I am extremely disappointed that I did not go with the other company, and will not be calling Zero rez back again.
We had to have you come back to redo a place that was pretty dirty. You came yesterday and everything is OK now. Both of the men who came were friendly and efficient.
