Cleaned my carpets very good! My carpets have never been cleaned professionally and after you came my carpets liked very good.

I sent an email to Mandy about this, but I have several deep scratches in my wood floor because of the tools used to clean the carpet. I also have a black stain in the middle of one bedroom. I am sure it was not there before. But Darren says it was there before. It is a nearly white carpet; I'm sure we would have seen it, had it been there. I need to know how to fix it.

Cleaned my carpets amazingly!!!!! My carpets are 10 years old and I had them cleaned by several other companies and there were several spots that didn't come out... until Zerorez cleaned them and they came out and look almost new!!! Fabulous job!
It's possible to get an appointment within a week of calling! The technicians are friendly and professional.
Overall the cleaning was very good. However, now that it is a week later the carpet is attracting more spots thanbefore. I didn't get the carpet protectant. But your advertising suggests that the zerorez will not leave a residue to attract more dirt and that is exactly what it is doing.
I liked how thorough they were. Plus they took lots of time to make sure that the stains came out.
The carpets always look so nice. They were a little more wet than I thought they would be in the bathroom and hall. But they those rooms were dry the next morning. So all is well. I would have zerorez come back again

I love the carpet cleaning. This time I also did tile cleaning... I couldn't tell any difference between the tile cleaning and just mopping the floor. So I won't do tile cleaning anymore. But I do like the carpet cleaning. :)
My carpets look exactly the same as they did before!! They don't look clean!!
I am very frustrated that I had to move all the furniture from 3 rooms, and move it all back for carpets that don't look clean. :-(
You always have great technitions and drying time is great.
I pointed out five spots on the carpet that needed attention, and only two of them were addressed. The technician did address the remaining three spots when I brought them to his attention again.
I have had wonderful experiences with Zerorez in the past, yet this one left me a bit disappointed. I think the technician may have been worn out.

I will probably try your service again. It had been over three years since the area that was clean was installed. I should have had it cleaned after two years. We have had another service clean the carpet in our basement apartment and we were surprised at how clean it turned out. However, they had a huge area and they were here for hours. Not just 1 hour. Your service person was very nice, considerate and respectful which we appreciated. We will try again in about a year. Thank you for your concern.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable about your products and services. He did such a great job! He told me what he was doing as he did it and why it worked. My carpets look so amazingly good! They were REALLY dirty and they look almost like new. I've lived in this house for 24 years and have only had them cleaned once. That experience was not that great. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone!
