We moved to a new home and took some of our old carpet that drastically needed to be cleaned. Zerorez was recommended as the best ~ and we were amazed at the results. Your worker was fast and thorough ~ and when the carpet dried we were amazed at how clean it was!

Zerorez cleans our carpets so beautifully! I love the "brand new again" look & feel of the carpets after the cleaning- so soft and plush-without harsh chemicals or unhealthy residue that so many other companies use! I also appreciated the enzyme & other special treatments used when a couple pet stains were spotted too-it is comforting to know the carpet is so clean that I can literally nap on the carpet again. A huge thank you to the Zerorez techs who cleaned the carpets and our couch so meticulously (every corner, every stain) and were so professional and courteous! After seeing how clean the couch is now, I'm determined to have Zerorez back each year- (didn't realize how much dirt a couch picks up) Thank you for helping make the whole house feel and look so clean again!
Easy to schedule, friendly staff.
Felt I was oversold on the ability of Zerorez to remove dirt from high traffic areas. Looks good but not what I was expecting based on the technician was saying during the visit.
They dry quickly and don't leave sticky residue. Your technicians are also polite and considerate of my home.
I like that you don't use chemicals to clean the carpets.
The carpet looks brand new. The technician was quick and very thorough and most importantly, arrived when he was supposed to.
That you don't use a soapy solution. The room smells great after you cleaned it. We have two cats that spend a lot of time in that room and, before the carpets were cleaned, the whole room smelled like cat litter. You did the pet treatment and carpet cleaning and I would recommend that. The other room you cleaned had old carpet, but you got it to look better with the cleaning.
Operators were very nice and helpful. Service man was clean cut, timely, helpful and courteous. He was very efficient and mindful of my carpets.
