all steam cleaning no chemicals
The area rug that was cleaned as part of the room does not look any cleaner than before. I know that carpet is clean and the tech did a professional job. However I was hoping that my rug would look cleaner not the same.
Like the way how soft the carpet feels after cleaning, and Roy was very professional and knowledgeable.
Be more pleasant when scheduling the appointment. We don't accommodate you, you should accommodate the CUSTOMER. Be considerate of the customers that live on the furthest South boundaries of your area. You should treat all your customers equally.

Technicians were polite efficient they did a really good job left no mess. There were no surprises with fees after they were done I knew everything up front and I really appreciated when they called me and said they were on their way left nothing to think or worry about.

The products are top of the line and the service technicians have always been outstanding. Benjamin cleaned our air ducts and did the best job we have ever had done on our air ducts.
Technician was very professional and polite. When there was a mistake with the scheduling it was fixed rather than making me reschedule which was so appreciated. My carpets look new again, and the large stains were removed.

I can't say I was thrilled with the high cost of the carpet cleaning; it seems very overpriced. Also the carpet in one room now has large bubbles after cleaning that were not there before. I hoped that they would shrink as it dried, but that is not the case. I'm disappointed that now we have to deal with a problem caused by the cleaning and spend even more money.
The service technician, Jacob Wilson did an excellent job. I had all of the floor surfaces in my house cleaned: wood, carpets and tile.
Everything looked great and the trouble spots in the carpet were all removed.

My carpets took over 24 hours to dry but I'm very happy with how clean they look.
