I felt like I was involved in a "bait and switch" scam. I had a coupon for 3 rooms/$89.00 When I called to make an appointment, I was told you don't even come to a home for less than $100. I scheduled my stairs to be cleaned and my total was 122 for one room, the hall and the stairs. When the cleaner came, I was charged $50 for the bio-topical treatment, even though I had given him a $40.00 coupon. I am VERY dissatisfied with the entire booking and I will look elsewhere in the future. I usually have my carpets cleaned at least three times a year, sometimes more often. I also have 9 children and I'll make sure they never use your services.

It would have been nice if the technician went a little slower over the carpet, like I do when I'm vacuuming. The technician was super nice though and checked with me that I was satisfied, which I am. And I feel like $5.00 per stair was kind of expensive with how fast the stairs were done. It didn't take the technician any longer to do the stairs than it took him to clean the equivalent area of floor. Thank you.
