Carpets turned out amazing. No soap residues. The guys were very professional and went out of their way to explain things. Very respectful while going in and out of the house.

The best carpet cleaning EVER. Roy was fabulous; said he was trained in Dallas. I've used Zerorez for 5 years now, but Roy was the most thorough and my carpets look better than after any other tech finished the job. Please, please--next year when I call for an appointment, let it be with Roy!!
The two reps that cleaned our carpet were very professional and did a great job! But I was disappointed that you coulldnt honor the 30% off since we had spent $500 just 13 months prior.
The service was great, the dry time was just what I was told. They listened to me, and then went above and beyond what I was expecting. The only thing that I was unhappy about was I had made the appointment online and said what I wanted cleaned, but when he got to my house and we went through the areas, the rug wasn't on there, so it ended up being more money then I thought it was going to be. Other then that, it was a great experience.

Very professional and personal staff. The senior technician was very knowledgeable and wanted to provide me the best solution for my needs. Both technicians were very polite and friendly and did an excellent job of removing my cat urine problem.
I'm confident that it is safe for my cat to walk on the carpet as soon as the technician leaves.
The technician I had was very helpful and provided good education for the future care of my carpets.

I liked the way Juan,my tech,explained everythingabout the process.Told me of all optipns available tp me.Strongly recommended to only wear "house shoes",like slippers,in the house. To purchase an indoor rug so i and guests can wipe our shoes.The carpet did take over 12 hours to completely dry,but no big deal on that one.I do plan on your company clean my kitchen and bathroom tiles.Excellent service at a reasonable price.

They seem to clean the carpet very well. The workers know what they are doing, very polite, and make you feel important.
Technician was on time, efficient and did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was able to remove several spots that were not removed by previous cleaners.
The man who came to do the cleaning was very nice. He spent enough time for me to feel like the carpets were as clean as they could be. I have no prior experience with Zerorez, so cannot say whether the cleaning lasts any better than other carpet cleaning, but I am pleased with the results the day after, at least. I have a large house so it was expensive, but if it lasts, it was well worth it.
