I had my tile cleaned and the tech left it with water spots and residue from the cleaning water.

Isaias Melchor, technician, is fabulous! very thorough and friendly. I was VERY FRUSTRATED with the appointment and dispatch part of the process!!! It took three calls to get through to someone / I made an appointment for a specific time slot only to be called a couple of days prior and told the requested technition (Isaias) now couldn't come to my home for another 10 days / I rescheduled as they requested / the day before that appt I received a call that he would be at my house at the end of the day when I had scheduled it for the morning part of the day. I told them all the appt changes and that if they could accommodate what had been originally scheduled I would never use them again and contact another company. 2 hours later I received a call back saying they would stick with my original time. Isaias came and did a great job.
I realize appt near by each other are better for everyone but take that into consideration when an appt is made not the night before and act like it's my fault and I need to do the changing.
Spots that have existed for a very long time are gone--I hope for good--only time will tell.
The quality of the cleaning was excellent!
My $99.00 cleaning job turn into a $400+ job, but I did add more to it. I was surprised at the high cost when I stepped beyond the three room special.
Most of the rooms I had cleaned are fine, but the largest room (approxPhone number removed sq ft) smells like wet dog and it has been 5 days since my cleaning. I can't get rid of the smell and it is making my whole house stink. It didn't stink before it was cleaned. I want it not to stink, but I also don't want to have to deal with having to move all of the furniture again so I can have it re-cleaned, it was exhausting to move it the first time. I was hoping time would air it out, but it isn't getting any better. I'm frustrated with the outcome. I feel like I would have been better off not having it cleaned. I paid a lot of money to make my house stink?

when you advertise one room for a price, then you come and decide that the room isn't the size you can offer that price for.

Scheduling was great, communication with the person that ultimately did the cleaning was good too. He called when he said he would and came on time. The cleaning went well, and the agent was professional in his knowledge base of the process and application. The only room for improvement would be with the agent's handling of the equipment -- he dropped a few of the pieces more than once (metal end unit). One was so loud on my tile I thought it had cracked, but fortunately it didn't appear to be. There was also a time when the metal end unit was laid down in my hallway and ended up flipping up and hitting my wall quite hard. Again, fortunately nothing appears to be damaged

The representative was very courteous and stated what he was going to be doing each step of the way before he did it. The process was extremely efficient and did more than was expected. We are more than satisfied with Zerorez. We will use them again and definitely recommend Zerorez to all that we know.
nice tech, quick and convienient
Failed to remove 2 stained areas. Floor took a lot longer to dry than we were told (4_to 6 hrs)
Benjamin was very polite and friendly and explained the amazing process at every step along the way. He did and outstanding job on my carpet and it looks like new, clean and bright. It dried in a reasonable amount of time and I'll be calling Zerorez for my other rooms in the near future. Thank You

I love how thorough and professional Isaiah is. My carpet looks amazing! I trust him in my home and have come to expect great work from him every time. He is pleasant and hardworking. I wish it were less expensive (It was $740) but I understand that carpet cleaning is expensive.
Zerorez did a great job and took away any signs of pet odor.
You are on time. Your technicians are all excellent. The carpet dries in the time frame that you give us. I had a sofa cleaned for the first time and I am extremely pleased with it. I certainly will continue to use Zerorez and I will recommend it to friends.

As you say in your add, "Clean, shoe covered technicians" who do an excellent job. Love your protectorant and the spotter treatment. I use the spotter treatment throughout the year and it does a great job on those small areas that occasionally need a little help!
Dried fast, smelled amazing not like wet dog like other carpet cleaning businesses, got most all of the stains out and the technician was great and personable!
