Roy was awesome. It wasn't just how the carpets turned out, he was thorough and explained why certain things looked and worked certain ways.
Scheduling times too far out both for the original cleaning and recleaning. Plus multiply time changes.
Very little time spent cleaning (about 2 hours to do 400 square feet) which is probably why the carpets aren't very clean. I just had Chem Dry clean carpet in one small bedroom and a long hallway. They were there for almost two hours and the carpets look great!
I asked for extra care for the second cleaning and did not receive. Just a quick, 40 minute

Your scheduling is a mess. WE received a commitment from you that you would be at our home at 11:30 AM last Tuesday. We would be available only from 11;00 to 2:00 PM. you said you could do this without difficulty. Well, he finally arrived at 100 PM . We had to ask a neighbor to come over and be in our home for the hour longer it took after we had to leave. The carpet cleaning was very good (except for a couple of spots that were particularly bad, You are coming back to do that and we thank you for doing so) but the scheduling was terrible.
