there are still spots on rugs and stairs that did'nt get cleand

My home was newly painted and even though they put the corner guards on they still scratched some of the corners. That was frustrating, but what was worse was that the technician scratched the wall. He was trying to pull too much line with not enough slack. I knew it was a big job, but I paid a big price for good quality.
I love that it is clean and environmentally safe! I also love that the people took extra care not to bang up or ruin anything in my house! My carpet and chair look and feel great!

Honestly, I didn't have really high hopes about how clean my carpets would be with Zerorez simply because we've used myriad carpet cleaning services in the past with mediocre results. I was so pleased when I saw how well Zerorez was able to do with my sort of oatmeal-colored, 18-year-old carpet! You were able to get out spots that I'd worked on for a long time without success, and you were fast and professional. I really appreciated the customer care and respect for my time. I'll use your services again!
The tech who came to clean my $1000 area rug might have ruined it. I have a new tech coming this Tuesday. I hope the new tech can fix the yellow on the carpet that the other guy left. I hope my rug is fixable. I had a great experience last year. I hope I can have this problem resolved.

Offer more specials or discounts
Maybe I don't have a ton of experience with carpet cleaners or maybe I expect too much but our carpet wasn't overly dirty when we had your team out to our house. Our carpet was brand new 1 year ago. I guess I was hoping that my stairs would look fresher and some of the darker areas of our carpet would look like new. Other than that, I can't complain about the service. Your team was very professional and kind. I liked that my carpet dried quickly. I am pretty much neutral on the results because again...I am not sure that any other carpet cleaner would have done better. I guess I will keep searching and maybe one of these times my carpets will have a better before/after effect. Maybe I am looking for a purple squirrel that doesn't exist.

It is still new to me so I am reserving my product opinion until the carpet has been done for awhile. The customer service was excellent. I had a bad experience the last time I called to get an appointment and wasn't going to deal with this company again. But. We will see how it goes from here.
You could have gotten the smell out of the carpet instead of making it worse.

The representative that came, Juan Lopez, was really friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job and gave us good advice to take care of our caret to keep it last longer. We will definitely use zerorez in the future.
The explanation of what was to be done and the service of the technician was very good. However, our very light carpet has yellowed following the cleaning. We were aware that the carpet was heavily soiled so didn't expect that he would be able to make it look new. We do feel that since it has dried, it should appear cleaner than it does and not be yellowed so we are not as pleased as we would like to be.
Did a nice job. My friend has used you for years. Highly recommended.
