The carpets look great. Eric did a fantastic job and deserves a 10. The only reason I did not give the whole experience a 10 is that I was not able to pay by credit card due to a company malfunction in processing the payment.

Actually fully cleans my carpets and stain spots don't return a few days later.
We liked how Gonzalo came and treated a spot in the carpet to show us what we could expect. Our carpets are worn and this was helpful. We also loved the service after the sale. We had a few spots we were concerned about and he came back to check it out and re-clean some of the spots.

Process explained reasonably well and was unobtrusive; before-and-after pictures could have been more numerous, but it's not clear whether more could have been taken.
The service technician was very polite and communicated very well. Initially after cleaning the carpets and especially in the high traffic areas we could see a significant improvement. Our final opinion on the overall success of the cleaning will be after we see how well the high traffic areas hold up in several weeks.

Previous tecs were not as thorough as needed. Explained concerns to Juan-he put extra effort to do a great job. I have waited to see if some stains reappeared, but none have. I hope I can request him in the near future. Best tec I have ever had. Great job!!
