This was our first-ever carpet cleaning experience. I think I had unrealistic expectations. I fully expected our carpet to be a pretty blue again. Instead, I can tell that it is a LOT cleaner than it was, but I can still tell the difference between the traffic areas and non-traffic areas.

After the rug was completely dry, the bedroom rug was left showing cleaning marks where it was cleaned but was still dirty.

Upon my request, ZeroRez came back a second time at no charge to be sure everything met my standard. I had one of my rooms treated for pet problems. I could still smell a faint odor after it dried. They came back without hesitation and cleaned the area again. Now there is no odor and I'm not disgusted when I go in there.

First of all technician was awesome!!!!!!! He did a great job!!!! But I was not happy with end result if your product. Where there were dirt spots I now have spits with a hint of yellow and red. Also my quote and what I paid were about $49 different. The older gentleman who gave me my bid said the stairs counted as 1 area..... and that the landing was free. Turns out you charge $60 for stairs and $15 for landing. I don't like being mislead like that! So again the young man who came was prompt, super polite....and did his very best. Not any problem with him, problems is misquote and product.
