Angelo is such a great tech and he does a wonderful job with my carpets every time he comes!
I like that customer satisfaction is very important to you. I had some areas that didn't come as clean as I'd hoped, and they came back and cleaned it again.
more flexible pricing. Apparently a runner qualifies as a rug, while a rug is much bigger.

Your accounting department sucks big time. Still didn't get it right after several calls from me, the customer and the tech Roy.Your supervisor Jean was terrible to work with. We are talking simple math and she still could not understand until the 3rd time of me explaining it to her.
I called in several times, only to wait on hold for 11 minutes and then to get disconnected 3 times and the 4th time I was answered at 8 minutes. You have wasted so much of my time and 2 days off work to boot. You had to return a second time to work on the spots that did not come clean the first time.
I could only wish you could some how make it feel better for me. I would love to speak to the owner of Zerorez and share my experience with some who I think would care.
The technician did not get out a simple stain. It looked like it was out when he left but when the carpet was dry it came right back. Also he left some lines in the carpet -- like dirty water lines from his cleaning wand. They look terrible. NOT A GOOD JOB THIS TIME. Very disappointed.

Isiah was absolutely thorough in his attention to detail; attitude was professional, with a warm and friendly personality. The carpets looked like new and the arm chair which was starting to look shabby had a brand new look after it was cleaned. I am certain we will use your service a third time in the future.

I like how clean you are able to get my white carpet, especially the high traffic areas. We only use zerorez now.
I CALLED TO HAVE YOU CLEAN MY CARPET BECAUSE YOU HAVE DONE IT SO WELL FOR YEARS. This time not quite so much. My TV room I know was really dirty and it does look better but not as good as usual and then to not say anything about the rug protectant (which I really did need) makes me a little sad. But I will use you again and watch more closely and mention the rug protectant myself. THANK YOU.

Technician should be on time and then not be in such a hurry to leave. He seemed bugged that I asked him to go over a few places before leaving. He did but the spots are not evenly clean...I can see where he went over it and where he didn't. I really appreciated the hard work of my last tech. He cleaned and went over spots until they were out, especially our high traffic areas. Proof was where we had put a rug over where he had cleaned. It was amazing how clean he really got it. I WISH I remembered that fellow's name. I would love to request him each time! Can you look that up? This young man was telling me as he walked in that he wouldn't be able to get most of the spots clean...and a lot of them did but not as clean as the last person who came.

This was the best cleaning my carpets have ever had, that includes from Zero Rez. The technician that came to my house house was the very best. My old carpet looked almost new. The sad thing was I wanted to give him a tip but They don't do tips on checks and I didn't have any cash. I wish Zero Res would change that. It would Help the technicians and the clients. I don't remember his name but I'm sure you know who he is. I want to use him again, can you email me back his name so I can pass on his name and keep it for my records.
