I liked that your employee showed me a short video showing me how you were different from other companies.

This time around my carpets in the living room didn't get as clean as before. Could be due to wear but it seems that I've had better results in the past. Also the carpets take a little longer than hoped to dry.

The carpet always looks and feels great when your guys leave but both times I have found a spot from the machine or water spillage ?? that leaves behind a mark to remember my Zerorez friends. Not great. Last time I was left with a rusty wet mark on a brand new rug in my entry way. And this time there was a really wet spot right where he was working on my two chairs. I thought it would go away when it dried but it is now dry and you can still see the circle.

The technician debated me on the pricing of every square foot of my house. (This is the same house youve come to clean for 5 years.) It took over an hour for him to figure out what to charge me...when in the end it was what I was quoted when I scheduled the carpets to be cleaned! I had to sit there and wait for him to make several phone calls, listen to the lengthy recorded conversation of my scheduling, etc as he tried to prove me wrong but in the end, I was right! I was especially frustrated because I was so supposed to be somewhere at 3:00. He didn't come until 4 and then it wasn't until after 5 I could finally leave. Hopefully he learned,
"The customer is always right." I was very frustrated about the whole thing. Thank goodness I came home to clean carpets so it all ended up ok but if I call to get carpets cleaned again I will definitely ask for a different technician.

Benjamin suggested we seal the grout on my tile because they were running a special. The tile is only 8 months old, but it had not been sealed so I agreed to having that done. To seal the tile it needed to be cleaned first which is the only reason we would need to clean it. I believe he applied the sealer as he has done in the past however it left a sticky film all over the tile. He could see this and felt confused as to why this happened.
We agreed the best thing would be to remove the rim off the floor, he did this by cleaning the tile again. He charged my $240.00 for cleaning the tile which I would have not done if I was not going to get it sealed. So basically I was charged for work he did , but it was work that did not need to be done as the tile was not dirty in the first place. The next day I could see areas on the tile that did not get cleaned the second time around so now I have white spots on my chocolate brown tile. Also the room where he cleaned the carpet smelled very strong of urine. So the day after the work was done instead of feeling like things were clean and looked great I felt like the tile needed to be cleaned and the room with the carpet made me gag. And I had just spent 500.00.

I love clean carpets and have tried most others which include Mom and Pop trucks as well as other national known carpet cleaners. I don't care about the science behind your process, as I am only interested in results. You do the best! By far!!

It took 3 days for the carpet to dry. There are several places that don't look as clean as I would like. The most disappointing is the feel of the carpet. It stiff and unpleasant to walk on.
