There was a problem with a very strange sour rag icky smell after the area dried. I called and three days after the technician returned and treated the area that was solely with two products, an enzyme and a sanitizer. It did the trick! So grateful! He also gave me a bottle of spot remover as a complimentary perk for having the problem. This company and their employees really stand behind their product and service. Thanks Zerorez! I do not feel that our carpets are actually cleaner than they were before. I have had to wipe up a few spills since then and my rags are coming up brown even with just water.

We were disappointed that the shower tile and grout did not clean up as expected. The tile and grout was no more than 3 years old and the shower floor was top of the line. My husband was not pleased at all. He actually wiped grit off the shower walls and wondered if they cleaned it at all. Very unhappy. The person who came was pleasant. I'm just not sure the way you clean is working.

Your prices are pretty high and I don't like to have the technicians asking to upgrade me when then get here. By that time I have already committed to your service.

Well your minimum price is $150.00. I know you drive from Salt Lake to service Utah Couty clients probably quite often. You advertise highly at BYU BB & FB games. If you're going to advertise that much in Utah County you should have another business location down here. I tell people that your service is really good but the minimum price is pretty high
