The results were fantastic and the service was very professional and courteous.

I've used zerorez many times and have always been very satisfied. However, when my last service was complete in July, I was not satisfied and somewhat disappointed since I never had any problems before. When I called to share my frustrations, I was immediately greeted with an apology and a time when a technician would come back and redo the areas that were not up to Zero Rez standards. Both technicians who returned represented Zero Rez in the way that I have come to know them. I'll never use another carpet cleaner.

Did a really good jog

My carpet cleaner did an excellent job on my carpets however, he put dings in a few stairs and leaked solution over my lawn which killed it in 4 long areas where it dripped. I contacted zerorez who had someone come and take pictures, etc on Tuesday. I have still not heard back from Company.

Carpers were like new. We've used other carpet cleaners in the past that have never been able to freshen up our high traffic areas.

Every staff from call reminder center all the way to staff who came to provide the service were very highly professional, trustworthy, and honest about the products used. Not only each one looked well groomed, but they maintained their high level of professionalism. Great job Zerorez staff. I will definitely use the service again in the future!

Traffic areas are not clean. I went over one area with my Bissell carpet cleaner and pulled or a lot of dirt. I have a picture of toys like to see it.

I liked that it was convenient. But I'd tell them to call in to make the appointment. The website was a little confusing.

I like that the carpets dry quickly. Your technicians are efficient and friendly.

No chemicals

Thought the tile came out great. Never had tile done before and the worker told that it where the problems areas could be,and it came out better then I expected.
