I loved how you had a 2 step process to cleaning the carpets plus not using any soaps or chemicals. I also had my slate floor cleaned and sealed. The technician had problems with the equipment and wanted to ensure more floors were clean he used a hand tool on his hands and knees. I had 760 sq. ft. of slate. He was awesome!!

I turned to Zerorez because we had a large urine spot from my daughter on our rug and a giant milk spill from my sons on our carpet. About $250 later, the urine spot is now bigger and the milk area is still crunchy. There may be a chance the rug is just ruined, but I would at least hope for the milk spot to be really cleaned.

Problems with scheduling due to ill technician. I will continue using your service because I like the work you do. I will just adjust my expectations of your timeliness downward.

I liked the serviceman that came to my house. He worked so hard, went beyond my expectations to accommodate me as I was in a hurry to get to my daughter who was having a baby at the same time. I felt I could completely trust him. I especially loved the great job he did on my rugs. He was wonderful!

I scheduled online. Someone from the office called to confirm my appointment the day before and again the morning of my appointment. Only when the technician arrived was I told that I live out of their service area and they would not be able to guarantee the pet treatment that I was having done (which was why I had them come out) and they wouldn't be able to come back to my house again. Ever. The technician stated that they didn't know how I was even able to schedule online.
I spent $599 on a cleaning, pet treatment and sanitization and the carpet still smells. Not guaranteed and they won't return.
I'm not happy.

I liked the contact with someone who answered questions and kept in touch regard the progress of the cleaning and delivery.

Green product, no soap residue, good work with cleaning and sealing my tile floors, shower stall, and granite counter top, as well as cleaning my carpets. Nice work, dries quickly, no lingering residue.

ERICK was friendly, up-beat, clean and well groomed, courteous, quick, and very professional. He called to let me know the approximate time he would be arriving, as well as did your home office. Arriving on time, he quickly took a survey of where it would be best for him to park the vehicle. Came in and surveyed the rooms that needed to be cleaned and those spots that needed extra attention. He explained to me your unique water system technique, the approximate time he needed to finish the job and time it needed to dry. no chemical smell

I like the results of the carpets and upholstery. I was especially impressed with the tech that did the work. It was a lot of work and he was very professional, respectful and dilligent.

You missed the original schedule date but did come on the next scheduled date.

You missed some rugs that were on the original order (most likely did not get detailed on the work order). Not a big deal and we will get them the next time.

The technician told me not to walk on the carpet for 7 hours. I was under the impression that after the carpets were finished they would be dry. The next morning my stairs were still wet.

Just seems really pricey. The extra cost to dispose of the water really threw me. Your cost is already pretty high compared to other carpet cleaners, but I figured it was worth it. Seems like the cost of the water removal should be part of the cost not added on extra. I also had a problem with my carpet having a yucky sour rag smell after it dried. It is older carpet and its down stairs, but it has never happened before. I called this morning and they are sending a tech over on Thursday to check on it. Just wish it could have been sooner.

Zerorez re-cleaned the carpets at no cost when the stains returned shortly after the first cleaning.
