The workers were really nice and the rugs look great, but the carpet now has dark lines in it. The stain they worked on is darker and there is a smell left from the fumes that is causing headaches.

Work with your scheduling people. They need to be honest about what time the carpet people are coming. I waisted 3 hours waiting while I could have been doing other things. I gave them my cell phone number, but they kept calling my house, so I did not want to leave and miss my appointment.
My 4:00 appointment turned into 5:30, and I had made it very clear that I needed to leave my house by 6. Carpet cleaning was done at 7:15 on a Friday night. Carpet person was very pleasant and did a very good job, but by then I was mad. I will probably not call you again.
Service never disappoints. The cleaning process is the best we have ever encountered. Other companies may be cheaper but you miss the best when you try to go for the bargains.
I like that the carpets dry quickly and Angelo is very careful.
Both my son and my self had a great experience with Zerorez. Our carpets were in dire need and they came out looking like new with out being sopping wet.
The technician was very friendly and helpful with last minute moving of furniture, I didn't have time to do. They also cleaned a tile floor and sealed it beautifully.

The young man that provided our service was on time for the appointment, courteous, and very much on-task in the work that he performed. The couch and love seat he cleaned were done perfectly and the carpets look beautiful. We could not be more pleased.
Everything! So far we have used carpet cleaning, pet urine carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning and tile and grout cleaning. The staff are usually quite knowledgeable and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the pet urine cleaning. I haven't been able to find a product that takes care of the smell as well as Zerorez does! I was also really impressed with Benjamin who came and did our tile and grout and air ducts. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and did an impressive job.

The carpet looks good. I was just super stressed out about the miscommunication over what time the cleaning would be. I was told to expect a window later in the afternoon.. I think it was 2-4. They called me before 12 saying they were on their way. When I'm paying to have my carpets cleaned, I want everything off the floor and I want furniture moved. I didn't have it all ready in time and felt like I didn't get it done the way I was wanting.
I was happy with the results on my 12 year old, light carpet. Got out a lot of dirt! I liked how the worker was friendly and professional.

This was the best cleaning my carpets have ever had, that includes from Zero Rez. The technician that came to my house house was the very best. My old carpet looked almost new. The sad thing was I wanted to give him a tip but They don't do tips on checks and I didn't have any cash. I wish Zero Res would change that. It would Help the technicians and the clients. I don't remember his name but I'm sure you know who he is. I want to use him again, can you email me back his name so I can pass on his name and keep it for my records.

I like that customer satisfaction is very important to you. I had some areas that didn't come as clean as I'd hoped, and they came back and cleaned it again.
more flexible pricing. Apparently a runner qualifies as a rug, while a rug is much bigger.
