The carpet doesn't feel stiff after it dries. The guys who did the work were polite, knowledgeable, and conscientious.

The tech was very nice & our carpet is clean
The person that came to our home was very professional, dedicated and listen/understood, what needed done. Jacob was a joy to see his attention to detail. The next time we need our house done, i would insist on having Jacob come out to do our home. You guys are lucky to have a guy like Jacob on your team.

I'd prefer an option that included help with moving furniture and vacuuming. Also, when I scheduled I was only allowed to select one day online. When I talked with a rep on the phone that wasn't resolved. Also, I was hoping for afternoon and got first thing in the morning.

We noticed after the technician left that there were a few damaged corners in our home. These weren't damaged before and were specifically affected near the base where the hose would have been. It would be nice if they can remember to use the corner protectors every time they have to drag a hose.
