My carpets are very clean, not "crunchy" or scratchy. They dry quickly. No chemical smells.
Jacob explained everything that he was going to do. He offered me extra services, but didn't try to push me into doing them. He was knowledgable and answered all my questions. He was quick, and did an awesome job. I see a difference in my carpets and am glad I used zerorez.
Your technician was willing to work hard to get the stains out of my couches and now they look new again! He was also diligent in getting stains out of my carpet and paid extra attention to them. Thank you. He was awesome.
good clean carpet
I like how dry my carpets are when you are done. Telling me you aren't leaving a lot of water behind.
After the initial carpet cleaning I spoke with a production manager about the carpet still having some urine smell in the living room and masterbedroom (masterbedroom was discussed when the production manager arrived, not with the initial carpet tech.). The production manager came out was very nice, informative, and helpful. However a very large area in the master bedroom still smells heavily of pet urine after two times of being cleaned. Although Zerorez has very nice customer service I am not super impressed with the removal of the urine smell in the Master Bedroom.
I've used and recommended Zerorez for several years. I was a little disappointed this time because they charged me for two rooms for my living room which they have never done before. And there was white residue on my glass furniture and marble floor when they left. And the confusion with the time they were supposed to be here was a little frustrating. But I'm still going to use them.

Zerorez had to come back out for tile cleaning that was missed during first go-round but did so without question and got the job done right. And while they were there I asked them to also clean the carpet which they were more than happy to do. Thanks.
I think that Zerorez is the only "go to" carpet cleaning service in the Salt Lake City area. The technicians are personal, professional and very efficient. Jonah turned my 35 year old carpet and tile/grout in kitchen and bathroom look practically new! I was amazed,,,,,and a little embarrassed.....thought I kept a moderately clean house but after Jonah showed me the 'before and after' pictures ~~~ all I can say is WOW!!!!! Keep up the good work Zerorez...and Jonah!!! Thanks so much.

Just bought a home and needed carpets cleaned until we can buy new carpet and it look's new. We will still be replacing the carpet due to color. However it is drastically better!

The tech did a good job and when I asked for more services he did act like it was an i.position to do them. Also the call to let me know. They are on their way. I didn't have to sit st home and wait. Could run errands and when I got the call could go straight ho.e to meet the tech.

There are corners that some residue
builds up...needs to be cleaned and wiped up...I have
that when I mop the floor.
It seems that it was a good job. But next time I'll try the cleaning vinegar
