I don't recall anyone asking if there were pets in the home and offering the correct cleaning technique for pets. I wasted $200.
2 things ruined the apt. The first, the technician asked to use my bathroom, he Peed on the seat and didn't wash his hands when he was done. The second, was the cleaning wand. I don't know if you guys don't clean them in between but the want was NASTY. I can only imagine what you brought intO my home let along what you sucked out of my carpets

service was great, and as I experienced before. only thing I can think of is maybe lower cost for cleaning stairs, which is about the cost of cleaning two rooms.

Every time I use Zerorez I have been very happy with the results and this last time was even better. My schedule got really crazy and the scheduling office was willing to work around my challenges and so was the technician, Glen. In fact, Glen ended up being at my home until really late making sure the job was done right (which was above my expectations). I have really old carpet and probably don't clean it as often as I should but each time it gets cleaned I am surprised at how good it looks considering it's age and the traffic that is on it daily. Thank you Zerorez 😊

You were two hours late to my time window because you added a bunch of work to the house before mine.
The entire experience was first rate. I had never had my carpets professionally cleaned. I was contacted via phone a couple days prior to confirm. I received an email the day before with a tentative time. On the day of my scheduled service, I was contacted twice with updates as I was the second appointment of the day.
Cory was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He performed a quick walk through with me and then got to work. He worked quickly and was done before I knew it. He discussed other/additional services he could provide but was not pushy about it. After Cory left, I was contacted via email with my invoice/receipt. In addition, I received a text checking in on my experience.
I will use Zerorez again and recommend them to all my family, friends, and colleagues!

Scheduling and dispatch was a disaster. Messed up my morning and the technicians. I felt like the technician was rushed a bit and hurried through the cleaning process.

It is not appear that they did the appropriate number of spot pet treatments they had indicated. However, we were charged for that amount. They seemed unethical.
He went through so fast that he missed a few spots. I should have been more diligent in my checking. I was able to get a few spots off with just water afterwards, which he certainly would have been able to get off with his process.
We were very happy with the cleanliness of the carpet when the technician was finished. The technician was very professional and anxious to please. We feel that the services we received were well worth the cost.
