Great service! The only thing is that I paid for the extra pet service, but my cats still are attracted to the area. They said that with that products you use they shouldn't anymore, so a little bummed.

The young man Matt who cleaned our living room carpet and two chairs was very professional and thorough.
The sides of the armrests on the lounge chairs show a residue and the backs near the headrest is still dirty. They looked good while still wet.

I'm very pleased with the results. I liked Kaleb. I liked hearing about how the water does it's job. I didn't believe the carpets would really dry in 5 or 6 hours and they didn't. I didn't put my furniture back till the next day. But that's fine.
Friendly, professional staff that are always willing to answer your questions. Appointments are easy to make and they show up when they say they are going to. They do a great job! My carpets look great. I've used Zerorez several times and have never been disappointed.

Adam and his newby (trainee) were very professional and like-able. They used the power brush on the kitchen, hall and hard spots in living room.
I started thinking it would only be $99 for 3 rooms and tax, but by the time scotch gard and other things were done it was over $200.

We had our area rugs cleaned this time. They came back looking like new.
The technicians were very kind and professional. The carpeted areas look great. The tiled areas of my kitchen and dining room are very clean and bright now, but the bottom half-inch of the baseboard around my entire kitchen/dining room was also scrubbed clean of the paint. Yikes! This baseboard is only about a year old, and I will need to repaint it. This makes me sad. I also had two living room chairs cleaned, and one looks great, but the wood on the other chair is scuffed (I think by the hose?) and the wood on the other arm has somehow been discolored by the soap. These chairs are a matching set, and again, I'm sad that one has been damaged when I just wanted it cleaned. My husband has sent pictures of the chair, but we haven't heard back about it. I hate to make a deal about this, but this wasn't what I expected to happen.
Cleaning up after the machine better.There was spray residue on a lot of my furniture and woodwork. Other than that, they did a great job!
