This was my first experience with Zerorez. Our technician, Roy, was fast and very helpful. He gave me a lot of tips on keeping the carpet clean since we have two dogs. He also explained in detail how Zerorez's process worked and what each step entailed. Thank you!

I had my carpets cleaned in the afternoon and at night I went in to check to see if they were dry, and all my carpet had huge bubbles and ripples, like it need to be re-stretched. I had a total heart attack and was up all night worrying about it. Once they finally dried the next day the carpet laid back out as normal, but I would have loved a heads up if that is a normal step of the process, so I could have saved my stress levels.

The carpet was stretched out when cleaned and left buckles. The carpet took twice as long to dry than I was told. I was quoted $350 and my bill was $605, although that did include the protectant thru out for an additional $100. I like the that you don't use soaps and the carpet does appear cleaner. Not sure if the protectant was worth it, I cleaned up a spill and it didn't "sit on top" like I was told. It sort of came up... All in all my carport is cleaned and I still would probably recommend you. I would just tell them it takes a long time to dry and to plan accordingly.
