We were told how amazingly fast the carpet dries with Zerorez. The tech told us that we should be able to put furniture back in 6 hours. 24 hours later the carpet was still damp, and that was after leaving the windows open all day and fans on the carpet.

I would like to see a service as good as Zerorez go the extra mile. I pay for a good carpet cleaning and expect good service such as vacuuming for FREE; moving furniture for FREE (hire people who can lift and move furniture); put protectors under wooden couch or chair legs; don't try to nickle and dime people to death with spraying for pet stains or heavy traffic area--just do it. Your techs are amazing--polite, clean, friendly, usually on time (mine was 2 hours late so I missed my grand daughters soccer game), and do a great job. I'm sure I will continue to use your service as long as I can afford it.

After having my carpets cleaned in our new house there was an odor left in the entire upstairs. Also, the stairs that were cleaned now smell like pets perhaps from the previous homeowner. I would have liked for the carpet cleaning service to eliminate odors, but instead it brought them out.

Eric was our carpet cleaner. He was fabulous. He was happy on time quick easy to work with and even gave us hoodies to where if we had to step on the wet carpet. When he was finished there were no spots on the carpet and it dried beautifully. I would recommend Zerorez.
