My carpets always come clean and look great. Glenn did a terrific job.

The fellow who did the cleaning was great and the carpet looked good. I let it dry 6-7 hours before moving any furniture back, but as I walked on my laminate floor from the rug, the soles of my shoes were sticky. I pushed a Kleenex down onto the rug and it came up wet, so I assume it was the protectorant he put on last. Still, by 11 pm the rug was wet in places. Finally by morning it was dry, but I had to clean off my laminate flooring. Not so good-

The first time we used your service you were considered a 10. This time the service left a lot to be desired. 1. 2 1/2 hours later than the 2:30 appointment. So about 5:00 pm he started on our rooms. My husband asked him if it was going to be a rush job, since he was so late. He hopped right in and we thought it was going to be OK, but things were really rushed, especially the stairs on the edges.
We thought the dirty look was due to the dampness, but as it has dried it is really evident that it is just dirt. Also, he really did a half baked job on the protection spray, it was hit and miss. We paid for complete coverage. We would not recommend this type of service to others, the way our stairs look. We would appreciate your re-doing our stairs and re-applying the protection spray.

Carpets completely dried in 5-6 hours.
I love how clean my carpet and tile/grout are afterward.

The price for additional services rendered is highly overpriced when I did my research of other carpet cleaner businesses that charge far less cost. I find it highly absurd that a $150 charge for 3 minutes of spray work is asinine for your customer(s) to pay. For a company that prides itself on using zero residue carpet cleaning, then offer additional chemical products to spray on a carpet.

I gave instructions to the person who came out on what I needed done when they called to say they were on their way because I was not home; however, a short time later he called back asking what I wanted done. It is not a big deal really, but listening to the customer is important I think.

I like the cleanliness and the drying time. The technician was timely, thorough and changed the order to include the hall easily. I would use you more often if the price were always 25-29.

Loved the service and information. There were products used that were explained, creating confidence and satisfaction that my carpets were cleaner than ever before, ie. hair roller. The knowledge about the PSI pull on the patented cleaner was the premier quality and result capable.
I was surprised with the pet stabilizer cost, while I realize paying for the equipment and service was more and worth it.... pet neutralizer is pet neutralizer. ( I actually had some in my cupboard I should have used when he left) I was also a little shocked that 8 cent styrofoam blocks were not provided for the furniture that we were required to move side to side in the cleaning. LOVE THE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT, will use the company again, it would go far to add the "Ritz" or "Disney" experience by providing "Free" blocks for furniture to ensure the beautiful carpets cleaned by us are not stained by metal or wood. And a "Special Reduced" price of half off this month for three rooms or more. Your still making 100% profit on the product. This would have left a positive taste with the customer, that the tech was very skilled at, but your pricing and lack of attention to patient experience with me creatively cutting zip lock bags to put under my furniture and working along side the tech detracted from. (I have NEVER, not had that provided let alone done as part of the service) Without my husband home, this would have been a challenge for me to do alone. I was not informed that I would have to move large furniture if I wanted it cleaned under, provide my own protections, and pet costs could more than double my bill. I am a COO by profession... just observations that could really sour a customer to the point of social media reviews. The tech I had did secure me as a customer doing his job very well. Issues are with corporate operations and customer care. I will not select to share publicly, but respectfully submit for the eyes of Marketing, CEO, and COO.

Love that the carpet stays clean and feels clean.
I do have one problem with a treatment area that I paid a extra 150.00 for, the tech did the flash extraction. The area was wet for three days afterwards and it still smells terrible. I don't think he spent enough time sucking the water out.

Time will tell, but I am totally happy with the results of my first experience with zerorez.
