Very prompt and did a very good job.
Doesn't use such harsh chemicals but still really cleans. Safe for kids and animals alike. Also, fast dry time
Our cleaning was done on time, it was fast and dried quickly. The service man was friendly and did a good job.
My carpets get completely clean and they dry in less than 4 hours.
What's not to like? Products clean without leaving a residue that gathers dirt and grime. When the tech is finished and leaves and the carpets dry, they are clean. On this latest cleaning I personally didn't think the carpets would come clean. We had to do repairs on the carpet. The before and after we're literally as different as night and day. Now, after cleaning and drying, it all matches. All I can say is, Wow!!!
I like how great my carpet looks when it is cleaned.
I also like that there is no sticky feeling.

There was a lot of communication with the tech and company to know when to expect them and what to expect when they arrive. The tech, Jimmy, is very professional and did a great job of cleaning the carpet. He respected our home, furnishings and walls and made sure they were protected while he worked. I have had Zerorez come multiple times to clean carpet, tile and our vents and have been happy every time!

Great staff and made our carpets smell fresh and look almost new again.
The carpet took 3 times longer to dry than , I was told. Also the smell came back in one of the sections that was flushed and treated within 3 days. I apparently need another round. The other areas are great!
