Our couch looks worse than it did before, there are yellow stains all over it that were not there before. He told us after he started that it was a natural fiber couch and the stains wouldn't come out. We just wish he would have told us that before he started. He was very nice his service was awesome I am just not sure what happened to turn the entire couch and love seat yellow.

Benjamin was the carpet care specialist who came to our home. He was professional and personable, he explained your procedures well without being pushy and was quick to recommend solutions to problem areas. I love the processes you use and the lack of chemicals. I loved even more that it actually did the job and got the carpets clean - even where there were tracks or high traffic areas. We've used other carpet cleaners before who have charged a flat rate to get it clean but asked for more $ to get the carpet deodorized or sanitized or to treat those high traffic areas. I'm so glad with zerorez that you did all of that rather than make me choose whether to pay extra for what I thought was just clean! Great job, good price, friendly staff, thank you!

You didn't a great job, it was just very expensive. Because we had a puppy we needed to make sure it was clean from accidents and the treatment to do that was more than the cleaning. It cost almost 1000 dollars to clean out home because of that. It would be hard to recommend an expensive treatment like that. Perhaps reduce the price of the pet treatment.
