Fast and friendly.
Left the carpet much softer them Stanley Steamer, our old cleaner.
The smell is great. I also like the fact that you try not to leave any residue behind.

Our service technician, Alejandro Serrato, was superior! Very pleasant, reviewed throughly the wear areas and conditions of the carpet, and made our 10 year old carpets look great. Fast, friendly, and excellent work.

I like that there are no chemicals
The tech was friendly and courteous and did nothing wrong. Super guy. I think the issue is with the product. We have a Newfoundland dog and his fur is slightly oily. After the carpet dried there's spots that remained darker. We've had other carpet cleaners come that use a soap based product and it removes these darker areas. I think for houses without large dogs your water solution would work but here it didn't. I would recommend your tech that came here all day long for work. Just not sure about the product for pet owners.
The way that the provider explains the products and does his best to make our home looking its best for us.

your scheduling is great, you come when you say you will. Your technicians finish quickly and do a great job. This last time I was working and couldn't be there and they called when they got there and when they were done. He would have even done the walk though on the phone if I'd wanted to. You've always done a great job for me!! Thanks!!

So far I'm disappointed in the urine smell my carpet still has. I've asked to wait 48 hrs and it has only been 24. We will see how it smells tomorrow.

To be honest, the products were a plus, but the customer service was excellent. Jacob was thorough, knowledgeable, and so courteous.

Your bid was $148.00 but it magically changed to $234.00. You have too many hidden charges for me to consider recommending your service. No mention was ever made of 200 feet per room, or because our hallway makes an 90 degree turn that it was considered two hallways, or your other hidden charge of disposing of water. Be up front with people. We have had many carpets cleaned before and have never run in to all the hidden charges.
Very thorough, fast and efficient. Adam was fantastic! It was a huge project and he did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend him.
You don't use chemicals that will leave residue on your carpet.
I like the fact that you do not use soap and the carpet is soft after Zerorez has been here. What is wonderful they have respect for your property when dragging those big hoses around. Zerorez is there when then say they Wii , but most of all the carpets are clean

My technician Alex was extremely prompt and very helpful I feel like he did a great job he was very friendly and I definitely will have zerorez Back again I am very please with the whole experience And my carpets look amazing I definitely would ask for my technician Alex again too
I like that there is not a film left on my carpet, and you do a great job of extracting pet urine.
