Good service by technicians and no soap residue

Service was excellent and very prompt. I have used Zerorez before and will use them again. The carpets were quite dirty but look great again. So good to have dependable and honest service. Thank you very much.

We started off a little rocky with one of your guys arriving at the wrong address (SLC instead of Provo), but you fixed it immediately, and our carpets in Provo still got cleaned! We have another Provo property that will need cleaning mid-June - We will be calling you again.

I loved how quick the carpets dried. The carpet also seem very clean. The real test will be over the next couple of weeks to see if any dirt rises up after being walked on.

Alejandro was very nice, answered my questions and was very professional. He seemed to enjoy his job. I also like that it is chemical free. We have 2 birds and I worry about chemicals in our house.

Our carpet looks and feels like new! And no harsh chemicals were used to make that happen which I love! My only problem was it took our stairs a really long time to dry. Overall very happy!

I had a beloved 11 year old dog who contracted colon cancer, was very sick briefly and passed away. I tried a lot of store bought carpet cleaners to clean up the mess. I love that Zero Rez uses no soap. I knew I had put put plenty of soap in the carpet myself. The men that came were exceptionally polite and professional. They did my house quickly. All of my stains came out. I was shocked. I would use them and recommend them again!

It just felt really expensive. $400. Top of Ottoman only and back top part of love seat $60 (felt high). $100 to put down scotch guard, which I realized was just a pump spray. My home and rooms and hallways are not that big. I wish the guy would have spent more time going over the dirtier spots. He did one in front of couch that I asked him to, but the rest was pretty much a one time over, not really working the dirt out. He said it didn't matter how many times he went over it, it doesnt change once the carpet fibers are worn down. anyway, he was a nice guy and very pleasant and polite. THis was my first time hiring out to get my carpets cleaned (I used to have my own carpet cleaner) and I (90% of the time) always only used water. I liked how zerorez made my carpet perk up. I just am still questioning in my head if what was done was worth it and how I would do it different the next time. Oh, and my stairs stayed really wet for about a day and half. maybe I just don't know what to expect. but the guy who came was really nice and told me upfront what the prices were. so there was no suprise... i just trying to decide what I think as far a value to price and clean

Very clean and great service

Easy to schedule appointment. Great smell of cleaner, very efficient.

They were 2hours later than they originally said they would come. They did a terrible job on getting the dirt off my sofa which i paid $120.to have them clean. Said it was dirt from hands and they couldn't get it out. After he left I used some cleaning liquid for upholstery and got it clean same with the arms on my wing chairs. Said his equipment wasn't designed to get into to those areas. I used the liquid and a little elbow grease and got the dirt out. They left a huge dark spot on my area rug that I had to go over the next day to get the stain out. They charged me over $400 plus it took till early this morning for my carpet to dry out 14 hours plus. I will never recommend you to anyone ever.

During the initial cleaning a few spots that weren't there before came up - I'm told this is pretty common, and they came out and hit those spots again. You can no longer see any stains although they told me to call if they came back after the carpet dried again. Looks great. Great customer service.

They did a great job of cleaning our carpets and stairs. We have pets and they are messy. They came in and showed us the worst areas and put real focus on them.

With Zerorez, the carpets get truly clean...not just hiding the dirt. There is no leftover residue and the technicians are always efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

I don't think the back of my chair got cleaned since the toothpaste was still there. I got it off myself with a sponge. Everything else looked good.
