The amount of time that was spent on cleaning the carpets was much less time then it would take me to vacuum, kind of a hurry up and get it done.
Little fees and added room added on at the last minute made it more than I expected to pay. Excellent work. I was happy with the result, but will be more cautious about extra fees in the future. $33 is a fair price, but add on the $9 water disposal and extra room. It was NOT a full extra room, it was 5 extra feet over, but a FULL extra room was charged. Just charge half a room and that would be fair for the half extra room he cleaned,$15 for half a room is fair.

Our tech did a great job. We decided at the last minute to treat the tile and grout and he said it could absolutely be done. Very accommodating!! Thank You. The carpet always looks great after cleaning but the tile and grout were amazing after his work. See you next time.
