Carpets look good and communication with technician and your company was excellent
This is in regards to the duct cleaning of 3/29/17. I would say a "10" except the technician for a hole in the metal that is too big for the plastic plug intended to keep the warm air from escaping. I currently have duct tape holding the plug in place as I wait for someone to come and fix the problem. I'm not sure what it will be since the hole can not be made smaller.
Matt and Renan did an amazing job. They are very professional and really nice young guys. My carpet looks amazing!

The technician was very nice and answered all my questions. He was able to get out a big blotch of glue from my carpet!

Glen was a super hard worker; he spent over 12 hours cleaning carpet, stairways, tile floors, and he worked endlessly to remove stains. We were really amazed at the amount of care he gave, the set-up, the cleaning, sealing, and raking the carpet...didn't realize the grout took so long to clean. I will recommend you to others.
The man (think it was Eric) was very professional and am very happy with the outcome.

My carpets look beautiful, and my technician was awesome. The only problem was that (because of technicians calling in sick - which is what I was told), he was several hours late.
Service tech was great! Scheduling was a zoo! Was promised time spots and tried 2 different days but had to reschedule and still ended up later than promised. I understand specific times cannot be promised, but when one is promised they will be #2 and the phone confirmation says #3 and you end up being serviced #4, that's a problem!!

The service rep was excellent. We were unable to find the 20% off coupon mailed to me by Zerorez at the time of service. Even though the service rep was discounting the rug labor he indicated he would still discount the 20% on other services should we be able to find the card. Unfortunately, we didn't find the card until the next day. I brought this to the attention of the local SLC Zerorez management and they were unreceptive to applying a credit. They did however indicate they would apply 20% off future future other service. I get that there are policies in place but feel they could have gone the extra step. Rep was excellent but management not so customer focused.
