Carpet still smells and I paid $400+
If we had any questions, the representative answered our questions. He was also helpful to move some of the furniture that was very heavy for my husband. I like that it does not take so long to dry.

The technician was very accommodating and quick. I appreciate that your techs use foot coverings for their feet and guards to protect the corners of the walls.

The technicians were prompt and courteous. They explained everything they were doing. I liked the fact that no soap or chemicals were used which attract dirt.
Options
We had 4 rooms cleaned and all of it looks great, except one small area in our family room. I re-vacuumed the area to see if it would lighten-up like the rest of the carpet, but it didn't. There are only two of us in the house so the carpet doesn't get that dirty and we have it cleaned by Zerorez every 6 months. It seems odd that this one area is darker than the rest of the carpet.

Very friendly and professional service. the customer service department is amazing. although I did not have an appointment, they were able to get someone to my house within half hour. The service tech. was friendly and very knowledgeable. He went room to room checking for special needs and gave me options. Never pushy yet very professional. The carpets looked better than what I expected. to be honest, they were some spots I did not think they were possible to get out, but the tech. did it. I'm very pleased with Zerorez and will definitely recommend them and use them again.
Right from the initial phone call, Zerorez wanted to do business with me and wanted to know what I wanted and when. We made the first possible appointment, then followed up when a new time became available. Zac was on time and went right to work. He asked what I wanted. We reviewed any concerns I had and any special requests for me to move furniture. Zac was attentive to details, asking me and pointing out possible areas to be cleaned or things to be done.He cleaned up after he was completed. The price was as quoted. He did not try to up-sell me but gave me options. I did not feel undue pressure to do more than I wanted done. Great experience and will give Zerorez another call. Neighbors already asked how I liked the job after they saw the van at my home. Very impressed.
Way to expensive. Purchased the pet urine product to take the smell out. Didn't work.
