My carpet is old but cleaned up beautiful.

Carpet looks okay. Not 100% satisfied. The technician told me ithe carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours. After almost 30 hours it is still damp. Carpet has ripples in it, but I was assured it should tighten up as it dries. Told to allow 48 hours to know if it will tighten up.
I purchased coupons that saved me about $45, but I ended up paying another $90 to have two rooms treated with a spray to eliminate pet urine smell. I was told that if I didn’t want that extra treatment, I would have to sign a waiver saying I was aware that the house could smell like ammonia if I refuse the treatment.

Easy to schedule and work with.

Tech showed up and was looking over the carpet with the Black light, which is what we had requested. He was having a hard time seeing because the batteries were almost dead on his light. My wife offered him some batteries to see if that would help, which it did. We didn't have a problem offering batteries (although it is a little tacky) to help do the job, but we were not very happy when we found the batteries that he had pulled out of his light on some furniture. It just want very professional. Other than that, we were satisfied with the service.

Our carpet looked all right and then we vacuumed. We pulled up a massive amount of dirt, hair, etc. Shouldn't the debris been pulled out during the cleaning process?

The carpet cleaner was here at the scheduled time. The job was done well and quickly and the carpet cleaner listened to what was needed and paid particular attention to the problem areas. The carpet was raked and looked great and it dried quickly and the carpet cleaner pointed out the stains he was unable to get. He was very accommodating and pleasant. We were very pleased with a job well done in a professional way. Thank you.

I know you do not guarantee the pet stain/odor removal. But I’m disappointed, because the carpet still smells like pet urine, now that is almost dry. It leaves me with either spending another $100 on another carpet cleaning service, or living with pet urine odor. Neither of these options make me very happy. For the extra $50 for the treatment I’d hoped for the odor to be gone.

The technician was thorough and efficient. He was not the least "pushy" about upgrading to a better stain protector. The carpets had some stains and he got them all out.

The technicians are professional, very thorough, very knowledgeable, and focused on getting the job done and doing it right. The product cleans the best and stays clean the longest of any carpet-cleaning service we've used.
