Didn’t like that I got charged for full rooms when it had all the furniture down, and some rooms I even got charged as if it were two rooms! I think you should measure by the amount of carpet you actually clean! Plus the guy told me he would be to my house between 9-10:30 cane at 12:30 and left around 2:45. Felt disrespected for my time. I made it clear that I only had time in the morning when making my appt, and said the earlier the better! And the thing that bugged me the most, we Just got new dressers and furniture in all my kids rooms and mine, I won’t even clean them with any type of clean I just use a dry towel for dusting and they now have the protection spray all over the bottom of every single dresser! Had I known that he would get them with it, I would have covered them with plastic or blankets so that they wouldn’t get sprayed! Let’s just hope it doesn’t stay spotty forever!! Oh sorry one more thing, to clean my kitchen chairs he told me he would give me a really good deal, and quotes me $300 for all my chairs to be cleans! I can buy brand new chairs at that price. And the amount he was going to be actually cleaning was just the seat, it wasn’t like it was a full on chair. And my area rug got quoted $100 I paid $80 for the rug! Not gonna pay more for it to be cleaned! I will just buy a new one! We won’t be using you again
The service person made the difference in my carpet. He was able to make my carpet look new. The past cleaning has been nice, but not nearly as good as this cleaning. I am so impressed with the quality of work performed at my location. I must say when the two previous appointments didn't happen I was not sure I would use Zerorez again, but with the quality of work and the results I will stay with zerorez. If there was a way to be able to get this service man every time, it would be great! Thank you for the amazing job. I would give him above a 10 - give a 12 or above.
