Very good service technician. Easy to visit with and answered all my questions. The carpet looks very good after all of the abuse it has been through.
I left for vacation right after the cleaning, hence the delay in responding. When I went downstairs afterward, I discovered a lot of spots that didn't get removed. The young man who did the cleaning was very personable and nice, but he didn't get out some of the dirt in the traffic areas. Sorry.

We were surprised that the initial treatment did not remove pet stains and additional expense was required. We were not informed about this in advance.

Although a little more expensive than I was expecting, I needed extra products due to the stains that were assessed in my house. The technician was very knowledgable about the types of stains and what the best soluions were and gave me tips for future stain removal. The technician was very pleasant and friendly, easy to understand and was clear on the costs and reasons for the increase in the initial cost. My carpets look great!!! I'm planning to call again for my downstairs once I get it cleared out! Thanks!!
