Some of my carpets were recleaned and when they dried we vacuumed (within 24 hours). Once again I vacuumed up hair, and dirt. I vacuumed room by room and emptied the vacuum and saved the debris. I would like a refund. I paid over $463 for your service. The technicians were in and out in record time. Are they not being thorough enough? I bought protectant also which was to keep dirt from penetrating the fibers. I would appreciate a response

The technician was great and the carpets look fine, but I was very disappointed that the quote was not accurate. I told the person on the phone that I had three bedrooms and two living spaces that needed to be cleaned and she gave me a price. When the technician arrived, that price was for three rooms only. He was awesome and only charged me for one, but I couldn't help but feel that it was a bit of a bait and switch by the company.

The young man who came to clean the carpet was very polite and was great to work with. However, I must say that was one of the fastest carpet cleanings I've seen. (I have a darker carpet and maybe he thought it was clean.) I decided later on to use my little Bissell carpet cleaner on my carpet. I was very disappointed to see the color of the water when I emptied the cleaner. After paying that much to have my carpet cleaned I expected much more.
