Just what we needed and a very find job done.
The guy was so great when I told him my hearing aids weren’t working and I am deaf. He got a paper and pen wrote down everything we needed for communication. It was awesome!
I like how clean my carpets look once I have had zerorez come.
I found the, as explained to me on phone, then in person by delightful young man to be outrageously high. He did a fabulous job, carpets looked stupendous before he left & after they dried.
BUT, my small totals area of carpet costed more (nearly $300!).than my sister pays for her entire house. She has had same company.for years. & I will be going w/that company from now on.
Every part of my experience with Zerorez was wonderful. Customer service to help me decide which rooms to have done, the prices and deals they offered, the availability of their employees to work around my schedule, my professionalism of the employees who came to my home, etc. Every bit of it was great!

All techs I have worked with have been professional, explaining everything to me before they start. They always check with me at the end to make sure I am happy with the result. I like the chemical-free cleaning process which leaves my carpets looking refreshed and smelling clean.

Rep was in my home for approximately 20 minutes. Did not do a good job. Only did very minimal traffic path. Spots in carpet and very crunchy. Traffic area in bedroom doesn’t look cleaned at all.
The technicians are very professional. They come on time and finish when they say they will be done. They also fully explain everything they plan to do.
I feel satisfied with the quality of cleaning that zerorez did for me. It is nice to feel like my flooring is clean again.

Have used zerorez for several years. highly recommend their services.
I had a large stain that didn’t come out with the cleaning. After the cleaning tech left I grabbed a damp rag with very hot water and lightly worked the stain and it came completely out. I could have saved the cost of the cleaning and just used a rag and hot water.
Customer service! Naji was fantastic. He was very friendly and courteous and took extra steps to try and avoid causing any accidental damage to our home during the cleaning process.

I just felt for such a small house (1500 sq) $250 is a lot. Because its a townhouse I feel the charges for stairs is pretty outrageous.
I had 4 rooms each about 15X12, a ten foot hallway and two sets of stairs. I personally cleared all the furniture from the rooms so there was no obstructions
The quality of the service was fine and the technician made every effort to clean out stains, it just felt like a lot of money for a small house.
They came out once and missed a few spots, I let them know they did and they came right back out for no extra charge and fixed it.

I like the way my carpets stay clean because there is no residue to attract dirt. The technician was very attentive to detail although there were some spots that he could not get out.
