The technicians that are sent out have always been very courteous and efficient.I like how they go through everything they are doing and how quickly everything dries. I have used Zerorez for years and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Tech was nice and friendly, he does good work and he knew what he was talking about (I own a carpet store and he knows his stuff). Also prompt, he was also a good salesman and not too pushy.

Your technician was very thorough. I was so glad to have 30 of our office chairs upholstery cleaned. Our office smells better than it ever has in a long time.

The carpet buckled a lot and we had to keep vacuuming it and put weights on it finally got it done. It was to wet we are still letting it dry for a second day. Going to move the stuff back in tomorrow.

When the tech's left we were surprised that the carpets did not look clean. We thought they may look better after drying but they looked even worse the next morning. It didn't look like they had been cleaned at all!

It’s done fast

My technicians arrived on time and were extremely helpful, considerate and efficient. I had a few older stains that I have never been able to remove on my own and these guys somehow got them out - my carpets have never looked better! Very happy with the entire experience, start to finish, and we will definitely be using them again.

The service was very good. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning. The man who cleaned the carpets was professional and thorough. He did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and did a good job. I added a request to do my stairs when he arrived, and he pleasantly told me that he could accommodate my request.

All in all, I am extremely satisfied.

The service men were very professional and knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. We had severe pet stains and they made them disappear.
