Eric was VERY polite and courteous. He was on time and efficient. The carpets looked great. The improvement was very noticeable.
We had several stains that came right out. The carpet dried very quickly, in less than 8 hours. Techicians were were professional and friendly. They took extra precautions to protect furniture that the hose might have scratched. We will use Zerorez again

My frustration was from the fact that while our technican was very professional and nice, he’s had to come out a 2nd time to fix some spots in the carpet that he either said was taken care of the first time or that he caused with his cleaning solution. The things he caused with the cleaning solution left hard blue like balls in our carpet which he now says he can’t get out and has advised us to use scissors to remove. Sorry but that’s unacceptable. We’ve continued to find more hard spots we didn’t have the first time and will most likely be calling for a 3rd visit.
Though your company reconciled me on this next frustration to an extent, it still bothers me. I was quoted a certain price over the phone, made it very clear where certain rooms and areas needed to be treated for urination, and I was charged over $100 more than what I was told over the phone. Ironically, this seems to be a very common themed complaint among others who have left online reviews.
The customer service and acknowledgement of error has been very appreciated, but the overall experience given everything listed above is why the score is where it is.
Everything looks very nice after it's done. There isn't a wet carpet smell after!

The service people know what they are doing. They come in and do the work that needs to be done. They are polite and friendly, They always do a good job. They suggest ways to help keep things clean, but never try to force or influence you to purchase them.
I feel the price is reasonable.
The first tech we had did not do a good job, we were very disappointed. We realised later that he skipped some steps in the cleaning process. The tech that came out to reclean our carpets was very friendly and helpful and did a fantastic job on our carpet. I want to make sure that the 2nd tech gets the 10 rating and not the first. Ultimately mistakes happen, and thankfully it was fixed just in time for our open house and the carpet looked great.
The carpets were cleaned well and the associate that came and did the cleaning was very nice and knowledgeable!
I had Matt clean the interior of my dirty truck.
He did an excellent job, taking a moment to show me directly the difference between the old area and the cleaned area.
Wow! What a difference. It was nice too that there was no chemical smell or residue.

Not only do the carpets and tile come out looking great, your staff is very good to. From the people that call and keep you updated on your appointment time to the individuals cleaning the floors, the service is great.

Fast and thorough cleaning with no water on my floors
Knowledgeable and kind technicians who pay attention to detail. They had to come back and do my tile and it looks awesome! I was especially impressed with Riley, very personable!

The the we had cleaned had missed sits and even after pointing out stains and where are no special attention was given to the area they were cleaned just as fast as the rest of the carrier and it looks no better than rented carpet cleaners have done in the past.
Maybe it’s just mybreally old carpet. Three spots did not come up. They are small. I’ll tackle them myself
