Riley was early, quick, and helpfully explained everything. My carpet and upholstery is clean and there is no soapy residue or smell on anything.

I was very Leary at first but my in some places filthy carpet, came very clean. Nobody can make old ,dirty carpet new but my living room carpet was pink,and now after twenty years of it increasingly turning ? it is actually pink again. I am now a believer.

I've loved my carpets cleaned by Zerorez, but this time the stayed wet for more than 24 hours. The traffic patterns did not clean up as well as they have in the past. I understand my carpet is a year older, but they still felt dirty.
