The technicians have always been knowledgeable, polite, friendly and great personalities. They have usually done the highest quality of work. The one time there was a problem. It was fixed quickly, and seemingly only had my satisfaction as their goal.
Technician was did a very good and thorough cleaning on my carpets and couches.
Representative was frustrated he had to come back and refused to reclean an area that we noticed was blotchy because he could not see any stains there.

Carpet looks great! Mitch was friendly and got right to work. Zerorez had excellent communication about their times and services. Mitch was right on time and the carpet was done by the time I got home from work.
Our tile is dull and splotchy since having it cleaned.
We paid about $400 to have three bathrooms tile floors and a shower cleaned. Very poor work. Our tech didn’t even touch the tile around the three toilets, which is what needed it most. He did a good job on carpets, but seemed to lack the tools or cleaning agents needed for tile and showers. It was a waste of money as we need to do it ourselves now. Plus, his truck left huge grease spots on our driveway!

Zerorez was great and they did a great job. The carpets took about 30 hours to dry completely, but other than that it was great!

I am sure most of the dirt was removed, yet I was expecting to have my carpets feel like new based on the advertising from KSL Radio. However, they feel the same as before cleaning.
I’m super disappointed with the service I received. This company came in highly recommended from several friends and family. We had our carpets cleaned on Friday. And still tonight on Sunday they are soaking wet in some areas. And those areas are now DIRTY because it’s in a high traffic area and should have been dry yesterday. And overall they don’t look much better then they did before. It was a huge financial sacrifice to get this done and it was NOT worth the service we received. I could have probably done a better job and saved myself $600.

I love how the carpet just feels clean and knowing there isn't any soap residue is huge. There was a stain on my carpet that I had resigned myself to never getting cleaned, but the guys are zerorez cleaned it up no problem.

He did a pretty good job, but forgot to do the landing step out side the laundry room door after doing the whole laundry room. The carpet stayed wet for a longer time than I expected, some spots were still wet the next morning
I was very disappointed in Zerorez. After all the hype and glowing recommendations I heard on the radio, I was expecting better results. I requested cleaning on floor tile in my bathrooms, kitchen, and entry way. I had to ask the technician to re-clean the grout in 3 of the rooms twice (making a total of 3 attempts). When he was finished, I still had dirty spots along the edges where the tile butts against the baseboards, but he said that was the best he could do with the equipment he had. He left puddles of standing water which I had to mop up. After sealing the grout, there was a lot of residue left on the tiles. After waiting 24 hours for the sealant to cure, I had to mop twice to remove all the residue which left my steam mop cover full of sticky glue-like 'gunk' that I had to keep rinsing out of the mop cover. In addition, the technician dribbled water over the adjacent carpets (which were not part of the service), but he did clean it up after I pointed it out and asked him to fix it.
Having said this, the tile looks the same as it does after I use my steam mop for cleaning, but the grout does look cleaner and much better than it did before he came. I hope the sealant keeps the grout looking clean for a while now. I am withholding my final judgement until I see how it holds up over time. For now, I am disappointed and would not recommend Zerorez to anyone.
