The service was friendly and knowledgeable. We like how the product protects and cleans our carpets.
I was disappointed in the hallway/landing. I only had 2 spaces cleaned. I asked the tech to re-do a few spots in the other area and I’m okay that one. I guess I needed him to go over the hallway too.
the carpet doesn't look a bit different than it did before cleaning. The carpet has not had that much wear and I got some story from your agent that the wear on the fibers would make them look like they were dirty, but that it was just the worn carpet. I think that could not be the case.
We also had him clean some area rugs and they are just the same as before. I have very little faith in your adds that your cleaning service is superior to others. I would have to have a different experience than what we received. We had a hallway, one bedroom/office, and four area rugs. Your agent was here for less than an hour and that included setting up and removing all hoses, etc. I am not acquainted with the time aspect, but it seemed to be a hurry up job to me.
Had a very hard time understanding your employee. I realize he was doing the best he could, but not even sure he understood all our instructions either.
Mike and Matt were right on time and did and A+ job of cleaning our carpet and sofa. It was timely and they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone that wants a clean carpet or upholstery.
Techs are helpful and the service is good. I also like that there are no harsh chemicals used.
My carpets stay clean twice a song with zeroes. It costs a little more but lasts for a long time. The techs are polite and careful. I won't use another cleaner.

The service was good. But if felt like there was so many potential add-ons that my original service was just a very basic job. This cleaned was extra, that cleaned was extra, and on and on and on.

I already have recommended Zerorez to a friend. I was very impressed with Ryan and my carpets look and feel like new.
The downstairs carpet was treated for pet urine, which we didn't know we had, so we paid extra and it smells pretty bad still. We were told that after a couple days it should not smell much at all. Also, parts of the tile looked like they hadn't been cleaned.
The two young men were very professional and helpful. My carpet looks so much better. They did a fantastic job!!

I like the way it cleans and stays clean for quite awhile.
There was one thing though .....I booked on line and had an area rug to clean. The price was $10. on the website. I thought that was quite a good price. When they called me to confirm nothing was mentioned about the area rug. When the tech got here he said there was a problem with the computer and they didn't have it fixed and it would be $1 per sq ft. Even though that was the case I would expect the company to stand behind what was posted on their website, or let me know when they called to confirm, not wait until the tech gets here and have him change the price. I paid the price and the rug looks good.

The men were courteous and patient with us as we were not quite ready. They set up while we finished. They explained what they were doing, and what the different procedures were. They were very clean and careful of our walls and corners.
