Very professional and promot
Cleaning was not thorough for the price paid. Pricing was not clear up front.
The people that came did a great job. They were so easy to work with.

Overall I was very pleased with my carpet cleaning from Zerorez. I was kept updated on when the technician would arrive, they were prompt, had a great price special and except for a small area inside the furnace room closet, my carpet looked good afterward. He mentioned that the utility area carpet might be hard to clean.
I thought for 550.00 my carpets and tile would look better. Tech was a nice guy and kept me informed on how service was going. I have had carpets cleaned before by other companies for less money with better results. Just over 2 1/2 hours of cleaning seems a little short on time for the Last name removed.
I love that there are no chemicals and so I don't need to worry if my children touch the carpet soon after.
I like the technology used to remove the dirt out of the carpets. The technicians have always been respectful and attentive. There was a time when I decided to have them return when I felt an area was not completed properly. The return visit was just as pleasant. And my request to "do this area again" was completed.
I appreciate the "keep the customer updated on timing" policy. The dispatch called with an "about an 1 hour notice". Then the technician called with a "10 min notice."
Awesome service from our technician!! We were very happy with the way the carpets all look and feel. Outstanding communication. Grateful he was right on time. Excellent experience all the way around!
Service man called when scheduled and kept me up to date on his progress to my appointment. He arrived as scheduled, we walked through the job, he computed the price and started work. 8 rooms and a hallway took about 2 hours.
Carpets look great and were not socking wet when he was done. Totally dry 24 hours later.

Great job
1) Technician put booties on at the truck, walked through the rain and THEN entered my house.
2) Main cleaning Tech missed several spots on the carpet that I didn't see until carpet was dry. I sent an email about it and have received no response.
I've used Zerorez before so I'm willing to try one more time, especially if I get a response to my comments about spots.
The Tech’s where awesome!! They also took care of our needs as well as making sure we were satisfied.

Our technician Ryan was amazing! He was so nice and knowledgeable and very honest without being pushy. He cleaned our carpets as well as our couches and I was very pleased with both. It smelled very clean when it was finished and there were no harsh chemicals used during the cleaning. The carpets dried quickly and we were very satisfied!
