Zerorez was fantastic to work with. The technician they sent out was so helpful and showed me exactly what he was doing. He was patient and left me feeling good about my decision to use Zerorez. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

They scheduled us quickly and actually showed up earlier than their scheduled appointment. They did a great job cleaning our dirty carpets and were friendly too!
Both technicians, Benjamin and Ryan were very professional and able to clearly explain the processes they were using to clean the air ducts, carpets, and furniture.
I like that there's no soapy residue! Just clean and fresh.

They resolved my issues right away
I felt that the technician tried to upsell at every opportunity. What was quoted as $400 carpet cleaning could easily have cost me over $1000. The tech told me he recommended the pet pretreatment and that I would not be able to smell pet issues after treatment. I was also told to expect wet carpet for 6-8 hours. My carpets were wet at LEAST 12 hours, plus the stairwell was closer to 40 hours. The pet smells were FAR WORSE AFTER the treatment than they had been before. When I asked for a refund of the pet treatment I was pressured to allow you to come back to clean the carpets again. This is not something I wanted to waste my time on, nor did I want we carpets for so long again. There were far too many upgrades to the carpet treatment and far too high a price tag on all of them. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend you. Even when you finally decided to try to make it right, I was only offered $200 back, despite the $400 price tag for the pet treatments. Highly disappointing.
The technician was very nice and professional. They did a great job cleaning the carpets.
We had carpet and microfiber furniture cleaned and was so pleased how well it all cleaned up. We had the carpet cleaned by another company 3 months ago, Zerorez did a much better job!
I LOVE THE WAY YOU CLEAN AND THERE ARE NO TRAILS LEFT BEHIND. I DECIDED TO TRY THE GROUT CLEANING SERVICE YOU OFFERED AND I THINK YOU GOT ALOT OF BLACK RESIDUE OUT OF THE JETS IN MY BATHTUB. GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

When I called Zerorez to come clean our carpets I was expecting to get an appointment a week or two out, but they were able to fit us in the next day. I have used Zerorez before, which was why I was confident in having them return to our home to get our carpets cleaned. We're happy with the results and will definitely use them again when we need our carpets cleaned.
On time and done quickly.
We had set up to have our air ducts cleaned the same day as our carpets and grout in our kitchen. So when they came they did the vents first. They showed me pictures and they looked clean but what came as a surprise for a cleaning company none the less was what a mess they left doing our vents. We had a layer of dust and debris in our furnace room where they drilled holes, we also had a layer of dust and debris within a 2-3 ft radius around ALL of our vents. What is the point of cleaning the carpets if now I walk in that dust and then walk on my carpets? I was very disappointed. We had to take a vacuum to all the areas. They did not mention this would have to be done. I feel like if I didn't immediately vacuum then I would transfer all that debris to my now clean carpets.
They did do a great job cleaning the carpets.
As for the grout in my kitchen they did a pretty good job unfortunately they scraped up my new cabinets at the base on some of the corners. I am really ticked about this. I thought they would be more careful. If I had known that I would now need to pay someone come touch up those spots on my cabinets I would have never had them do the grout, its just not worth it.
All I can say is that the guys who came were friendly and nice and I was comfortable with them in my home but I will NEVER have Zerorez come do my vents or grout again.
Thank You to the technician that came to my house. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, very efficient and worked hard!!. Additionally, he was able to make time to clean a chair I had not previously requested, and did a beautiful job. In fact- I am very pleased with all of the cleaning that was done.
They did a great job. No complaints. Love what my carpet looks like.
They clean better than any other method. However I need the man to clean an area in the office one more time. We did not check that room prior to his leaving. Please call and schedule with us at 801-6-4068. We paid almost $600 for the main floor. Thank you. Jack and Janice Purser
I like the technician I thought he was super professional I liked how it was super hot steam to clean my carpet’s and the technician did a fantastic job of exceeding my expectations

Frenondo said it would take a few hours to dry and it took over 12 but other than that it was good.
Great work done at a fair price by great people, Ripley did a great job and was very helpful.

Scheduling was very easy. I did have an issue, but they came back within 2 days, handled it perfectly.
My carpet was really stained and he was able to get the stains and the pet odors out.

Technicians are professional, punctual, polite and friendly, and they do a good job. Sometimes there is residue left on the wooded ends of my stairs, which is why I don't give it a perfect 10.
