I have had zerorez come to my home a few times, and when the carpet was wet the carpets looked clean. As soon as they dried however, they didn't look so good. The young man who came to our home this last cleaning did an incredible job! The carpets and stairs have never looked so clean even after they we're dry! He did a fantastic job! I appreciate his hard work in taking the time to make sure our capets were actually clean.

I liked the efficient and professional service as well as the incredible deep clean on my carpets and area rug!
The carpet took longer than 6 hours to dry. The tech did not clean the edges by the walls and by my desk pad on the floor, I had to point out that he missed those areas. I was not happy with that "magic" little roller machine, they said lifts dirt from the bottom to the top. It freyed my carpet fibers on the top. The solution used to extract seemed to have bleached the color out of my turquois carpet. I never had all the light spots before.
Reese and Adam did a great job. Friendly, knowledgable, skilled, and did it quickly. give them both a raise.

Technician was very knowledgeable and personable and did a great job. The carpet looks and feels clean and fluffy, almost like new and it’s 12 years old. And just as advertised, there is zero residue! Love it!
They were able to get all the stains out of my carpet. We have a cat and I loved how they checked for cat urine before cleaning so they could special treat the soiled areas. Very happy with Zerorez.
