The floor and grout were very nice when done. I had him do the grout sealer. The only problem with the sealer when you spray it on it leaves streaks and I had to remop it to try to get it up. That was okay...glo

He explained his process thoroughly, drying time and how long his process would take. He exceeded every expectation and even followed up later in the day to make sure I was satisfied!

You didn’t leave a mess on the baseboards. The carpet looks great and your cleaner was very nice and professional.

I like that you don’t use harsh chemicals to do the cleaning. They are also friendly, professional and quick. They care about your home and go the extra mile to make sure that nothing is damaged in the process.

The tech Paulo was great and very professional. He explained how the products are green and leave “zero rez!” Very pleased with the work.

I liked that I was able to make an appointment and have the service within the week.
I’m impressed with Gus who called to tell me what time he would be arriving and was here just at the time he said he would be here.
His was very knowledgeable, helpful and did an amazing job. My carpets were embarrassingly dirty and the look amazing after the cleaning

The price was reasonable and I was able to pay with my VISA Gus explained other services that Zerorez provides and I will consider some of them if the price is right.
Gus left my home cleaner, smelling good and is willing to continue serving me.

Technician was not careful with equipment. Baseboards and railings were dented and scuffed up. Carpets looked nicely cleaned but seems some areas were missed.
