Zerorez got me in when I had company coming into town at the last minute. Our carpets look like new. All the spots and traffic marks gone. My carpets are 15 yrs and they always look like new when ZEROREZ IS DONE. They are always very so nice! You guys are great, thank you!!!

I don't have a facebook account so I can't leave a review. I am very unhappy with the price we paid (close to $700) and what we got. Our carpets are extremely wet, the couch and the chairs are sopping wet. There is no way they will be dry by morning. I was told we would be able to walk on the carpets after 25 minutes from when the person that did our cleaning. This is no better than the very inexpensive cleaners I have used in the past. I will not use Zerorez again. I feel that the advertising on KSL is very misleading. I understand not being able to get out all stains, but our carpet looks exactly the same, although darker because it is so wet. Very easy to schedule, very polite people, but this is just an over priced carpet cleaning company. I called the company after the cleaning and the customer service representative answering the phone offered to send someone over with a fan as a solution. I declined because I have my own fans.

We put driers on the carpet, chairs and couches and turned up the heat in the basement to 80 degrees. We sucked up the puddles of water with our shop vac. The chairs are now dry and it looks like all the cleaner did was pour water on the chairs; they look exactly the same. The carpets have the exact stains as they did before he cleaned them. My 18 year old son that was home during the cleaning said that he had a very hard time communicating with the technician and that at times he seemed "like he didn't really know how to work the machine." I am wondering if all he did was pour water on the carpet and not know how to actually clean it up?
Regardless, I am not interested in any further services with Zerorez.
I am horrified at how much we paid to have such poor results. I think we could have done a better job using our Bissell cleaner that we have at home.
I also feel frustrated that I paid so much extra for scotch guard. With how wet everything was, I am sure the scotch guard did absolutely no good.
I am sorry to vent, and I certainly don't mean to come off as a rude person, but seriously I am a very, very, very unsatisfied customer and will never use this company again. I am also not interested in any further services from you even if they are complimentary.

It is unfortunate, because I am a nurse and everyone in my department knew I was using you and they all asked how it went. That is over a dozen people that will never call for your services. I am a little curious about how much training my technician had. I feel I got the new guy and this may have been his first solo job, clearly his orientation was not completed, or he was having a very off day.
