Called and expressed my concerns and got treated like a freeloadier who just wanted something for free, which I assure you is not the case, I just want to get what I pay for

Angelo was fantastic! He listened carefully to all of my concerns as we walked around our house. He was very careful to avoid scuffing the walls or furniture with his hoses, and he paid extra attention to getting old spots out from our previous owners. The guy didn't put the furnace cover back on after he cleaned the vents. The air conditioner wouldn't work and it took me awhile to figure out what was wrong. It just makes me wonder if he forgot that how god of a job he really did.

The boy missed some spots in the dining and family room that I had told him about when he started the job. He seemed like he was very anxious to finish and get on his way. I have used your company for many years and this was the worst job that I have received. I would like him to come back and spot clean those missed areas!

My address was wrong when I was called back. I returned a call with correct address. Each time I spoke with someone I told them my address. Person cleaning my carpets still went to the wrong city. They did make it quite a bit late. I wanted my sofa and loveseat cleaned. When I spoke to the someone on the phone, they said they could clean micofiber fabric, but when the cleaner got to my home. He said it would ruin the fabric. I was glad he told me, before cleaning it. Just a little disappointed. Carpets were cleaned.

The technician was very thorough and professional and trustworthy. He really went the extra mile to do a great job. My carpets, tile and upholstery that were cleaned looked and smelled so clean! There was a very big difference of how much better and more clean they looked after the technician cleaned them. My whole house looked and smelled so clean and not only looked clean but, was clean in the literal sense also as the technician used a black light in every room to spot urine stains from my animals and grandchildren. He then used an antibacterial formula to treat those areas and rooms to kill the germs. On top of that, he treated each room and staircase with a stain resistant formula that will act as a barrier in the hightrafffic areas and in case of spills will prevent stains. The woman who scheduled my appointment was so nice and accommodating. I called in on a Wednesday and she got me in a few days later for my appointment on that Saturday. Thank you Zero Rez for takimg care of me! My house looks and smells so clean!!

The technicians were very professional and friendly. They treated my house like it was theirs. They were willing to come back four hours later and treat three large spots that returned after the first treatment. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

I cleaned carpets for two years over 25 years ago. I know a tiny bit about cleaning carpets. So as your techs were leaving, I turned on my four ceiling fans and opened seven windows for ventilation.

But here is my complaint. The techs told me the carpet would be dry in about 4 hours. After they left ( at about 1:30 p.m.), I placed two 20" box fans in a large bedroom rotating them every hour in a different direction. That bedroom took eight hours to dry. In an 18' x 18' basement family room, I had two ceiling fans running on top speed. I also rented a carpet fan from Home Depot (even though your techs said I wouldn't need it). That room also took eight hours to dry. The main level family room and master bedroom, with a ceiling fan running in each room on top speed, took 10 hours to dry. When I went to bed at 11:30 p.m., the hall and stairs were still wet. They were dry when I got up this morning.

I will still recommend Zerorez. I just don't like the sales pitch of carpets drying in about 4 or 5 hours when they didn't.

I didn't get a thorough job. I asked Cody if I needed to move a couple of chairs. He said he would work around them. He didn't. He cleaned up to the chairs and not behind them. We would have moved the chairs. I asked Cody to see if I had pet residue. He found it in one place. He did not clean that place. Rather than move a small trash can, a picture frame and a bag, he cleaned up to them. A more mature cleaner would have moved it for me or asked me to move it. It should be a thorough cleaning. I have used a lot of carpet cleaners over the years. They generally go "beyond" rather than under serve. I found a small (1 inch) black stain on my white couch. No one has been using that room for more than a week. I can only surmise that the stain came from his equipment. His GPS did not work to get to my home. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with him prior to his visit guiding him to my home. He said he would e-mail a receipt. I did not get a receipt e-mailed to me.

Does a good job at cleaning the carpets without harsh chemicals. I have used zerorez twice and both times the person who came to do the work was friendly, professional and efficient.
